Setup
1. Charging the Battery
The F93 laser level is powered by a built-in 3.7V 4400mAh rechargeable lithium battery. Before first use, ensure the battery is fully charged.

- Connect the provided Type-C charging cord to the laser level's charging port.
- Connect the other end of the cord to the power adapter and plug it into a suitable power outlet, or connect it to a power bank.
- The battery indicator lights on the unit will show the charging status.
- A full charge provides approximately 8 hours of continuous operation with all laser lines on.
2. Mounting the Device
The F93 laser level offers versatile attachment options for various work environments.

- Magnetic Bracket: Use the integrated 360° pivoting magnetic bracket to attach the device to metallic surfaces.
- Tripod Mount: The unit features 1/4"-20 and 5/8"-11 thread mounts for compatibility with standard tripods (tripod not included).
Operating Modes
The FIRECORE F93 laser level supports several operating modes to suit different applications.
1. Self-Leveling Mode
This mode automatically levels the laser lines within a certain inclination range.

- Turn the device ON.
- Ensure the pendulum is in the "Unlock" position.
- The laser level will automatically level itself within ±3.5°.
- If the inclination angle exceeds 3.5°, the laser line will flicker twice per second, indicating that the device is not level and needs adjustment.
2. Manual Mode (Locked Pendulum)
Manual mode allows you to project laser lines at any desired angle, useful for tasks like installing handrails on stairs.
- With the device OFF, press and hold the "*" key for approximately 3 seconds until the laser ray appears.
- In this mode, the laser line will flash every 5 seconds without an alarm, indicating manual mode is active.
- Short press the "V/H" button to switch between different laser line configurations (horizontal, vertical, or both).
- To exit manual mode, long press the "*" key again or turn off the power.
3. Pulse Mode (for use with FD30 Receiver)
Pulse mode extends the working range of the laser level, especially useful in bright outdoor conditions or over longer distances, when paired with the optional FD30 laser receiver.

- Activate Pulse Mode on Laser Level: With the laser level ON, press and hold the "receiver" button (often labeled "V/H" or similar, refer to unit markings) for about 3 seconds. The right receiver indicator light on the laser level will illuminate constantly.
- Activate FD30 Receiver: Turn on your FD30 laser receiver.
- Search for Laser Lines: Use the FD30 receiver to locate the laser lines.
Note: Combined with the FIRECORE FD30 receiver, the working range can be extended up to 60 meters.
To exit pulse mode on the laser level, press and hold the "receiver" button for another 3 seconds.
4. Laser Line Switching
The F93 allows individual control of laser lines to suit specific measurement needs.

- Short press the "V/H" button to cycle through different laser line combinations:
- One 360° Horizontal Line
- One 360° Vertical Line
- Two 360° Vertical Lines
- All Lines (360° Horizontal & 360° Vertical)
5. Brightness Adjustment
Adjust the laser line brightness to optimize visibility and extend battery life.

- With the device ON, short press the "*" button to cycle through brightness levels.
- The default brightness upon startup is 100% (left brightness indicator light is off).
- 75% brightness: Indicator light flashes slowly.
- 50% brightness: Indicator light flashes rapidly.
- For indoor use, it is recommended to use a lower brightness setting to extend battery usage time.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Keep the laser windows clean. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe any dust or debris. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: When not in use, store the laser level in its protective suitcase in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: For prolonged storage, charge the lithium battery to approximately 50-70% every few months to maintain its health.
- Calibration: While the device undergoes multiple calibrations during manufacturing (
), if you suspect a calibration issue, contact customer support.
Troubleshooting
- Laser lines are flickering in self-leveling mode:
- This indicates that the device is outside its self-leveling range (±3.5°). Adjust the position of the laser level to ensure it is on a more level surface.
- Laser lines are flashing every 5 seconds without alarm:
- This is normal behavior for Manual Mode. If you intended to use self-leveling mode, turn the device OFF and then ON again, ensuring the pendulum is unlocked.
- Laser lines are not visible in bright conditions or over long distances:
- Activate Pulse Mode and use the FD30 laser receiver to detect the laser lines. Ensure the receiver's batteries are fresh.
- Battery life is shorter than expected:
- Ensure the battery is fully charged before use. In indoor environments, consider adjusting the brightness to 75% or 50% to conserve power.
User Tips
- For optimal visibility and battery conservation indoors, use a lower brightness setting.
- Always ensure the pendulum is unlocked for self-leveling applications and locked for manual angle projection.
- When working outdoors or in very bright conditions, using the FD30 receiver in Pulse Mode significantly improves detection range and accuracy.
- Utilize the 360° rotating base with micro adjustment knob for precise vertical line alignment.
