Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause / Solution |
|---|---|
| Unit does not power on. | Ensure the AC power cord is securely plugged into a live outlet. This unit requires AC power for main operation. |
| No FM reception or poor signal. |
|
| MP3 files not playing. |
|
| Alarm (timing boot) does not activate MP3 playback. | The timing boot function is designed for listening to a pre-set radio station only and does not support MP3 playback activation. |
| Clock is inaccurate or resets. | Replace the 2 AAA batteries in the clock's battery compartment. These batteries maintain time during AC power interruptions. |

- If you plan to use the MP3 function, ensure your USB drive is formatted correctly and contains files in MP3 or WMA format, and is under 8GB in size.
- For optimal FM reception, try repositioning the radio or extending its power cord, which can sometimes act as an auxiliary antenna.
- The timing boot (alarm) feature is specifically for tuning into a radio station, not for starting MP3 playback.
