4. Setup Instructions
4.1. Physical Installation
- Collect Installation Kits: Gather all necessary components from the package.
- Attach Clips to Helmet: Securely attach the provided clips to your helmet.
- Install Headphone and Microphone: Position the headphones inside the helmet and attach the microphone.
- Install Intercom Body: Mount the V4 PRO intercom unit onto the attached clip on your helmet.
- Input Earphone: Connect the earphone jack from the headset to the intercom unit.
- Completion: Ensure all components are securely installed. Refer to the diagram below for visual guidance.

4.2. Pairing with Cellphone/MP3/GPS
- Activate Pairing Mode: With the intercom unit OFF, press and hold the Power Key for 3-5 seconds until the red and blue lights flash alternately.
- Enable Bluetooth on Device: Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone, MP3 player, or GPS device.
- Search and Connect: Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "V4" from the list.
- Confirmation: Once connected, the blue light on the intercom will flash. The intercom will automatically answer incoming calls after 6 seconds. To reject a call, short press the power button.

4.3. Pairing Multiple V4 PRO Units for Intercom
The V4 PRO supports intercom communication for up to 4 riders.
4.3.1. Pairing Two V4 PRO Units
- Enter Pairing Mode: On both intercom units (Unit 1 and Unit 2), press and hold Key A for 3-5 seconds until red and blue lights flash alternately.
- Initiate Search: Short press Key A on either Unit 1 or Unit 2. The red light will turn off, and the blue light will flash, indicating it's searching.
- Successful Pairing: After 5-7 seconds, the red light on the other device will turn off. Both Unit 1 and Unit 2 will have blue lights flashing simultaneously, indicating successful pairing.
- Enter Communication State: Short press Key A on the intercom unit that initiated the search (from step 2). Both Unit 1 and Unit 2 will enter communication state.

4.3.2. Pairing Four V4 PRO Units
- Pair in Pairs (Mode A): First, pair Unit 1 and Unit 2 in Mode A (as described in "Pairing Two V4 PRO Units"). Then, pair Unit 3 and Unit 4 in Mode A using the same method.
- Pair Middle Units (Mode B): Separately take Unit 2 and Unit 3. Press and hold Key B on both units for 3-5 seconds until red and blue lights flash alternately. Then, short press Key B on either Unit 2 or Unit 3. The red light will turn off, and the blue light will flash, indicating it's searching. After 5-7 seconds, the red light on the other unit will turn off, and the blue light will flash, indicating successful pairing. Short press Key B on the unit that initiated the search to complete Mode B pairing. Unit 2 and Unit 3 will now flash blue light slowly.
- Connect End Units (Mode A): Press Key A on both Unit 1 and Unit 4 to complete the four-intercom pairing link. All four intercoms will enter intercom status, and their blue lights will sync slowly.
- Pair with Mobile Phone: Press Key B on Unit 1 and Unit 4 to enter the red and blue flashing status, then pair with your mobile phone as described in "Pairing with Cellphone/MP3/GPS".

4.3.3. Second Time Use Operation
After the initial pairing, re-pairing is generally not required. Once all four intercoms are turned on, press Key B on one of Unit 2 or Unit 3 to automatically connect Unit 2 and Unit 3. Then, press Key A on Unit 1 and Unit 4 respectively. Unit 1 and Unit 4 will then join the 4-way intercom.
To Clear Pairing Record: Hold both Key A and Key B simultaneously for about 3 seconds. The link will be canceled after the red light flashes.

5.1. Button Functions Overview

- Rider B Key: Used for pairing and communication with Rider B.
- Volume Down (-): Decreases volume. Long press for previous song (music) or gradual volume decrease (radio).
- FM Button: Toggles FM radio on/off.
- Volume Up (+): Increases volume. Long press for next song (music) or gradual volume increase (radio).
- Rider A Key: Used for pairing and communication with Rider A.
- ON/OFF Switch: Powers the unit on or off.
- Earphone Port/Charging Port: Connects the headset and charging cable.
5.2. Intercom and Phone Call Control
- Reject Incoming Call: When the mobile phone rings, short press the Power Button within 5 seconds to reject the call.

5.3. Music Control
