8. Troubleshooting

  • Power bank not charging: Ensure the charging cable and adapter are functioning correctly and connected securely. Try a different cable or adapter.
  • Devices not charging: Check if the power bank has sufficient charge. Ensure the charging cable is properly connected to both the power bank and your device. Try a different port or cable.
  • Slow charging: Verify that your device and cable support fast charging protocols (e.g., PD 3.1). When multiple devices are connected, the total power is shared, which might reduce individual port output.
  • Display not working: Ensure the power bank is charged. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
  • Important Note: This portable power bank is not designed for and does not support the use of an electric soldering iron. Attempting to power such devices may cause damage to the power bank or the soldering iron.

9. Maintenance and Care

  • Cleaning: Wipe the power bank with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
  • Storage: Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Battery Health: For optimal battery life, avoid fully discharging the power bank frequently. Charge it at least once every three months if not in regular use.
  • Avoid Physical Damage: Protect the device from drops, impacts, and excessive pressure.

10. User Tips

  • Check Compatibility: Always ensure your device's charging requirements match the power bank's output capabilities for optimal performance.
  • Use Quality Cables: High-quality, certified USB-C cables are essential to achieve the advertised fast charging speeds, especially for 140W PD 3.1.
  • Monitor Display: Pay attention to the smart LED display to track battery level, charging status, and power output for each port. This helps in understanding power distribution.
  • Airline Approved: The 27000mAh capacity (97.2Wh) is generally within airline carry-on limits, making it suitable for travel. Always check current airline regulations before flying.
