6. Maintenance
6.1 Battery Care
The device uses a 3400mAh 3.7V 18650 lithium battery. To prolong battery life:
- Charge the device regularly, especially when the low battery indicator is shown.
- Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
- Store the device in a cool, dry place if not used for extended periods.
6.2 Fuse Protection
The AOS03 features double fuse protection (10A 250V / 600mA 250V) for enhanced safety during current measurements. If the device stops functioning during current measurement, check the fuses. Fuse replacement should only be performed by qualified personnel.
6.3 Cleaning
Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the casing or screen.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Current Measurement Precaution
IMPORTANT: When measuring current, the multimeter must always be connected in series with the circuit. Incorrect connection (e.g., in parallel) can damage the device and the circuit.
When measuring electric current, pay close attention to the connection method. Do not mix current and voltage measurement modes. Use the multimeter's current file, choose an appropriate range. If the current value is unknown, start with a larger range. If the multimeter displays "1", it indicates an over-range condition. Insert the red pen into the mA hole, the black pen into the COM hole, then disconnect the circuit and connect the pens in series to measure.
7.2 General Malfunctions
If the product is not operating properly, please provide a detailed video of the issue to ANENG customer service. Their experts can quickly diagnose the problem and provide a solution. This brand product is technical and requires a certain degree of electrical knowledge. If you encounter operational problems or do not understand how to use the product, please contact ANENG customer service for assistance.
7.3 Product Has Been Artificially Damaged
This device is primarily used to detect electrical and other measurement products. It requires careful use and adherence to operating procedures to prevent damage. If the device is used improperly and the use method is not equal, resulting in damage, it will be judged as man-made damage, which is not within the scope of after-sales service.
