1. Equipment Overview
The NJTY SZ-08 is a digital angle finder designed to measure the inclination angle of an object's surface relative to the horizontal plane (also known as election angle or rolling angle). This instrument serves as a modern digital inclinometer, capable of replacing traditional bubble level meters. It is widely used in various applications such as road engineering, mechanical measurement, industrial platforms, and antenna positioning. The device can be used independently or integrated into other tools, measuring instruments, and equipment.

2. Product Features
- Easy to Use and Accurate: Designed for straightforward operation and precise measurements.
- Versatile Application: Can be used as a standalone tool or embedded within other instruments and equipment.
- Direct Inclination Display: The screen directly shows the inclination of the measured plane.
- Low Battery Reminder: Alerts the user when the battery voltage is low.
- Customizable Angle Alarm: Allows users to freely set an alarm angle.
- Analog Balance Bars: Features analog bars on both sides of the screen to assist in indicating the instrument's balance state.
- Automatic Screen Flipping: The display content automatically flips synchronously with the instrument's orientation, adapting to various use scenarios.

3. Description of Display Functions
- Main Value Area (88:88):
- Displays the current angle value in degrees (°).
- Angle Alarm Indicator ( (CD ):
- Appears when an alarm angle is set. The alarm will sound when the measured angle reaches the user-defined alarm angle. (Note: This indicator will not be displayed if the alarm function is turned off.)
- Data Hold Indicator (HOLD):
- When this icon is displayed, the current angle reading on the screen is locked until the data lock function is released.
- Relative Mode Indicator (REL):
- When this icon is displayed, the angle value shown is relative to a user-selected reference plane.
- Angle Symbol (0):
- Clarifies the physical meaning represented by the numerical values.
- Low Voltage Display ( ):
- This icon flashes to indicate that the battery is low and needs to be replaced.
5. Basic Operation Guide
5.1 Turning On
Long press the On/Off button ( ) for approximately two seconds. The instrument will enter normal measurement mode, and you can begin measuring.
5.2 Measuring an Angle
Attach the reference surface of the instrument to the plane you wish to measure. Once the reading stabilizes, read the tilt angle from the screen.

5.3 Data Retention (HOLD)
In normal measurement mode, long press the HOLD button (HOLD * ). The current reading on the screen will be locked, and the HOLD icon will appear. Long press the button again to unlock.
5.4 Relative Measurement (REL)
Place the inclinometer flat on the surface you want to use as a "reference" and short press the REL button. You will hear a "tick" sound, and the screen will display "0.00°", indicating that the current surface has been set as the benchmark. Move the inclinometer to the desired measurement location, and the screen will show the angle difference between this surface and your set reference plane.

5.5 Clearing Settings
All settings will be cleared after the instrument is powered off.
