1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing the MEMO S2/S3 Gamepad. This versatile controller is designed to enhance your mobile gaming experience on both iOS (iPhone 15 and above) and Android devices. Featuring advanced Hall Effect triggers, customizable buttons, and multiple connection modes, it offers precise control and immersive gameplay. Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper usage and to get the most out of your new gamepad.

2. Setup and Connection
2.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure the gamepad, any included accessories (like the radiator or finger sleeves), and this manual are present.
2.2 Attaching Your Smartphone
- Gently stretch the gamepad to accommodate your smartphone. The gamepad supports devices up to 173mm in width.
- Align your phone with the movable Type-C interface on the right side of the gamepad.
- Insert the phone into the Type-C port. The stretch design is crafted to avoid covering cameras and provides a stable clip.
- The gamepad features removable silicone pads near the Type-C port, allowing for use with or without a mobile phone case. Reinstall the silicone pads if using the phone bare for added protection.

2.3 Powering On and Connection Modes
The gamepad supports multiple connection modes, compatible with various game scenarios:
- Wired Connection (Plug & Play): For zero latency, simply connect your Type-C compatible phone to the gamepad's movable Type-C port. This is the recommended mode for optimal performance.
- HID Mode (Android): Indicated by a yellow light. Compatible with native Android gamepads and recommended for native games.
- Xbox Mode (Xinput - Android): Indicated by a white light. Suitable for streaming and console-ported games; controller vibration works normally in this mode.
- AI Mapping Mode (Android): Indicated by a blue light. Compatible with all mobile games. Initial key mapping requires a dedicated app. After mapping, the app is not needed for subsequent game sessions.
- Apple Mode (iOS - iPhone 15 and above): Indicated by a green light. Works with all mobile games that support controllers. Bluetooth Xbox mode (Xinput) and Bluetooth mapping mode are alternative backup modes, but wired mode is generally preferred if available.
2.4 Optional Radiator (S2 Radiator Model)
The S2 radiator model includes a custom-made cooler for fast heat dissipation and low noise reduction. It can slide left and right to flexibly dissipate heat at hot spots on your phone.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Button Layout and Feel
The gamepad features a high-precision 3D joystick, fine-tuned conductive adhesive cross key, and silent conductive adhesive buttons for clear feedback and smooth, gentle bounce. The Hall linear triggers offer a smooth touch and are easy to retract and release.

3.2 Hall Linear Triggers
Experience a linear immersive experience with 255 levels of Hall effect, less than 0.1mm for each pull. You can switch between linear and quick triggers through key combinations for different gameplay styles.

3.3 Turbo Setting (One-Click Shooting)
The gamepad supports one-click shooting with four adjustable gears for burst speed: 10/s, 20/s, 30/s, and 40/s. This feature can be set for supported buttons: A/B/X/Y/LB/RB/LT/RT/L3/R3.

3.4 Macro Recording
Equipped with two ergonomic and customizable back buttons (M1 and M2), the gamepad allows for single or multiple programming. You can record combos with a single click by pressing buttons, enhancing your gameplay with complex actions.

3.5 Charging Your Phone
The gamepad supports 15W fast charging for your smartphone while you play, minimizing battery loss and protecting your phone. The movable Type-C port ensures compatibility and ease of use.

4. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the gamepad. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the gamepad in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: If the gamepad has an internal battery, ensure it is charged periodically if not used for extended periods to maintain battery health.
- Silicone Pads: The removable silicone pads can be cleaned with mild soap and water if necessary. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
5. Troubleshooting
- Gamepad not connecting: Ensure your phone is securely connected to the Type-C port. Check the connection mode indicator light. For AI Mapping mode, ensure the mapping app has been used at least once.
- Buttons unresponsive: Verify the gamepad is properly connected and in the correct mode for your game. If using AI Mapping mode, re-check your key mappings.
- Lag or delay: For optimal performance, use the wired connection mode. Ensure your phone's operating system is up to date.
- Phone not charging: Check the Type-C connection. Ensure the charging cable and power source are functioning correctly.
