4. Installation and Setup

  • Terminals 1-3: Relay output 8(4)A, 2FLA 12LRA.
  • Terminals 4-5: Power supply L and N (230V~).
  • Terminals 6-7: NTC Probes connection.
  • Terminals 8-9: Digital Input / NTC (DI/NTC).
  • Terminals 10-11: Serial Communication (SERIAL CONV) / Programming Key (PROG KEY).

WARNING: Use copper conductors only. Refer to C314A055R1 for specific conductor requirements.

5. Operating Instructions

Once installed and powered, the controller will display the current temperature. Use the front panel buttons to adjust settings and monitor operation.

5.1 Basic Operation

  • Power Button: Typically used to turn the unit ON/OFF or enter standby mode.
  • SET Button: Used to access and modify setpoint temperatures and other parameters.
  • Up/Down Arrows: Used to navigate menus and adjust values.
  • Defrost Button (Snowflake icon): Initiates a manual defrost cycle if configured.

5.2 Setting the Temperature

  1. Press the SET button to enter the setpoint adjustment mode.
