The Asia-Teco MJ03-TTLOCK is a smart waterproof access control system designed for enhanced security and convenience. It offers multiple unlocking methods including fingerprint, password, IC card, and mobile application. This manual provides detailed instructions for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of your access control device.
Note: For remote control management, a TTLOCK G2 Bluetooth gateway must be purchased separately.
2. Safety Information
- Do not operate the device with electricity during installation or wiring.
- When connecting the electric lock, it is recommended to use a 12V/2A power supply.
- Do not install the device in direct sunlight or damp areas to prevent damage.
- Always follow the provided wiring diagram and rules for proper connection.
- If static electricity is severe, connect the ground wire before connecting other wires to prevent static discharge from damaging the machine.

5. Setup & Installation
5.1 Wall-Mounted Installation
- Choose the most suitable installation height (approximately 130cm) based on the actual situation of check-in personnel.
- Remove the installed hanging board from the device and stick it on the wall. Select the correct installation position and make a mark.
- Drill holes according to the marked positions.
- Fix the rear hanging plate to the wall using the provided screws.
- Install the access control device onto the fixed back panel and secure it.
- Plug in the power supply (12V/2A recommended).
5.2 Product Wiring
Attention: When connecting the access control power supply to 220V, a power cord of 2*1.0 square millimeters or more must be used. The connecting cable between other devices can be a network cable.

5.3 App Installation and Initial Setup
- Download the App: Search for "TTLock" on AppStore (iOS) or "应用宝" (Android) or scan the QR codes below to download.

- Add Access Control (Bind Administrator):
- Tap the panel to light it up and activate the lock.
- On voice prompt "Please add Bluetooth Administrator", activate the APP.
- In the APP, tap the "+" icon on the upper left corner, then tap "+Add Lock" and select "Door Lock" type.
- Tap the discovered lock device name shown on the screen. Wait a few seconds until the lock gives a voice prompt/long beep, which means it is added successfully.
Notice: If the lock fails to add, please close the mobile APP and Bluetooth, then reopen them and repeat the above process. During the process of adding a device, keep the device keyboard light on continuously.
6. Operation

6.1 Unlocking Methods
- Password Unlocking: Enter your defined password on the keypad.
- Fingerprint Unlocking: Place your registered finger on the semiconductor fingerprint head. The device features high sensitivity 3D fingerprint collection, rejecting fingerprint cloning.

- IC Card Unlocking: Simply swipe your MIFARE M1 card to open the door. The system supports up to 1000 IC cards.

- Mobile App Unlocking (TTLock App): Use the TTLock app on your smartphone to unlock the door via Bluetooth.
- Mobile NFC Unlocking: Utilize NFC functionality on compatible mobile devices for unlocking.
6.2 Password Management
The TTLock app allows for flexible password management:
- Single Password: One-time use passwords for specific access needs (e.g., visitors, property management).
- Time-Limited Password: Passwords valid for a specified duration.
- Cyclic Password: Passwords that can be used repeatedly within a defined period (e.g., daily, weekly).
- Forever Password: Permanent passwords with unlimited usage. Administrators can delete them at any time through the app.

6.3 Normally Open Mode (Passage Mode)
Multiple normally open time periods can be set, allowing the lock to remain open after being opened during specified times. This is useful for daily work schedules (e.g., 9:00-18:00).

6.4 Remote Door Opening (Optional)
When paired with a G2 Bluetooth Gateway (sold separately), the TTLock APP can manage remote unlocking, remote addition/deletion of users, remote authorization of administrators, and remote modification of digital password users.

6.5 Operation Records
The TTLock app allows for remote reading of operation records, including fingerprint, password, and card swiping events.
7. Maintenance
- Regularly clean the keypad and fingerprint sensor with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure the device is free from excessive dust or debris, especially around the fingerprint sensor and keypad.
- Periodically check all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and free from corrosion.
- The device has an IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating due to internal sealing, but avoid prolonged submersion or high-pressure water jets.

8. Troubleshooting
8.1 Restore Factory Settings
To restore the device to factory settings:
- Open the back cover of the machine. You will find a short blue wire inside.
- After the device is powered on, short the blue line and the black line for 3 seconds.
- At this time, the device voice will prompt "Enter the initial password".
- Then disconnect the blue line and enter
000#on the device keyboard. - The device will then prompt "Administrator deleted successfully", indicating the factory reset is complete.

10.1 Warranty Notice
Asia-Teco provides a one-year warranty service from the date of original purchase. During the warranty period, electronic malfunctions can be processed with a warranty card or invoice.
Please note:
- If the product malfunction requires repair or replacement (provided there is no external damage), the company will process and ship the product within 15 days of receipt.
- The warranty does not cover defects caused by user misuse, unauthorized alteration, disassembly, or replacement of product numbers/machine numbers.
- Damage caused by environmental conditions not meeting product usage requirements or poor transportation is not covered.
- Damage due to uncontrollable natural forces (e.g., earthquakes, fires, floods) or improper use (e.g., incorrect power supply) may incur material costs for repair, regardless of warranty status.
