1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety warnings and operating instructions before using this product. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious personal injury.

  • Always ensure the power supply matches the voltage requirements of the station (110V or 220V).

4. Setup Instructions

4.1 Initial Inspection

Upon receiving the product, it is recommended to record an unboxing video to document the condition of the machine and accessories. This can be helpful in case of any damage during transit.

4.2 Connecting the Handle and Ground Wire

  1. Connect the hot air gun handle to the designated port on the main unit.
  2. Connect the ground wire to the appropriate terminal on the station and to a reliable ground source.

4.3 Nozzle Installation

The station features a patented air nozzle bracket for quick and easy nozzle changes.

  1. Turn off the power to the station and allow the steel pipe of the handle to cool completely.
  2. Select the desired air nozzle (straight or spiral).
  3. Insert the nozzle into the steel pipe of the handle and press down firmly until it is securely seated.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

Press the 'POWER' button on the front panel to turn the station on or off.

5.2 Digital Display and Controls

The station features a clear digital display showing set temperature, real-time temperature, and set air volume. Buttons allow for precise adjustment.

5.3 Temperature and Air Volume Adjustment

  • Use the 'TEMP' buttons (up/down arrows) to adjust the desired temperature within the range of 100°C to 500°C.
  • Use the 'AIR' buttons (up/down arrows) to adjust the air volume from 1 to 120.
  • The display will show both the set temperature/air volume and the actual (real-time) values.

5.4 Memory Channels (CH1-CH4)

The station includes four customizable memory channels to store frequently used temperature and air volume settings.

  • To Store Settings: Adjust the temperature and air volume to your desired values. Press and hold one of the 'CH1', 'CH2', 'CH3', or 'CH4' buttons for three seconds until the settings are saved.
  • To Recall Settings: Briefly press the corresponding 'CH' button (e.g., 'CH1') to instantly recall the saved settings.

5.5 Special Functions

  • Temperature Conversion: The unit supports temperature display conversion (e.g., Celsius to Fahrenheit). Refer to the 'SET' button functions.
  • Buzzer Switch: The audible alerts can be toggled on or off.
  • Temperature Calibration: For precise temperature accuracy, the station can be calibrated.
  • Automatic Sleep Function: When the hot air gun is placed on its holder, the station automatically enters sleep mode, reducing power consumption and extending heating element life. It automatically resumes operation when lifted.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

  • Ensure the station is powered off and completely cool before cleaning.
  • Wipe the main unit and handle with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Periodically clean the air outlet of the hot air gun to prevent blockages.

6.2 Nozzle and Component Replacement

The integrated plug-in handle design allows for easier replacement of internal components.

  1. Ensure the unit is powered off and cool.
  2. Unscrew the insulation sleeve of the handle.
  3. Remove and unscrew any retaining screws holding the component in place.
  4. Carefully remove the old component and replace it with a new one.
  5. Reassemble the handle, ensuring all screws and the insulation sleeve are securely fastened.

7. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
No power Power cord disconnected, power switch off, fuse blown. Check power cord connection, ensure switch is on, check/replace fuse if necessary.
Hot air gun not heating Heating element failure, temperature set too low. Increase temperature setting, check for heating element damage (refer to maintenance for replacement).
No air flow Air pump failure, air volume set to 0, nozzle blockage. Increase air volume setting, clear any nozzle blockages. If air pump failure is suspected, the heating core should automatically stop. Contact support.
Inaccurate temperature reading Sensor issue, need for calibration. Perform temperature calibration as per operating instructions.
