3.3. Installation

Place the machine on a sturdy and level ground. It is recommended that the maximum inclination angle not exceed 15 degrees. Ensure the installation location is convenient for machine maintenance and operation. The structure or surface used for installation must support the machine's weight.

3.4. Power Supply Connection

Before turning on the power, check that the input power supply voltage is consistent with the machine's rated voltage. Refer to the technical parameters table for power requirements. Always connect the machine to a protected circuit (circuit breaker or fuse) and ensure it is connected to a grounded power plug to avoid electric shock or fire. Do not connect the machine to a rheostat (variable resistor) or dimmer circuit.

The power cord used is a self-locked power supply wiring. If the equipped power cord does not have a plug, or needs to change the plug, refer to the following table for installation:

3 Core Power CordIdentification CodePower Cord Color (US Standard)Power Cord (European Standard)

3.5. Consumables

The machine uses specially made metal powder that produces full sparks with minimal residue, free from smoke, odors, and toxic gases. It comes in aluminum foil vacuum-packed bags for convenient storage and transportation.

Danger: It is recommended to use only high-purity specialized consumables provided by the manufacturer. The manufacturer does not assume responsibility for machine damage, personal injury, or property damage caused by the use of unauthorized consumables.

3.5.1. Adding Consumables

  1. Open the rubber stopper cover before adding.
  2. Tear open the packaging bag of the consumables and pour them into the feeding port on the top of the machine.
  3. Pour the consumables out of the feed port instead of the spray nozzle.
  4. After adding, cover the rubber stopper cover.
  5. The silo volume is 200 grams.

Danger: Add consumables only when the power is turned off. When adding consumables and testing the spray machine, wear protective glasses to avoid eye injury.

5. Maintenance

5.1. Material Cleaning

This product has a material cleaning function to prevent clumping and jamming of heated but unsprayed consumables in the combustion chamber. Use the cleaning function of channel 2 (DMX value 210-255) to clean consumables. Always perform this function before turning off the machine after each performance.

5.2. Cleaning the Machine

After completing material cleaning, thoroughly clean the machine to extend its service life.

  1. Turn off machine power.
  2. Unplug the power cable and the DMX signal cable.
  3. Clean dust and debris on the machine surface with a damp cloth.
  4. Put unused consumables into a vacuum packing bag and seal it. Store in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture and keep away from high temperatures, open flames, and other environments.

Warning: Do not pull the power cord to disconnect the power supply. Unplug and power off the plug during non-use to avoid unnecessary machine wear and improve service life.

5.3. Machine Maintenance
