2. Safety Information
This manual includes equipment safety operation precautions and warnings. Please read carefully.
2.1. General Precautions
- Danger: Before operating the machine, carefully read all precautions.
- Danger: Do not install products on flammable surfaces (linoleum, carpet, wood, paper, plastic, etc.) to ensure that there are no flammable and explosive items in the use environment.
- Danger: Do not use in confined spaces. Install the product in a well-ventilated position, at least 20 inches (50 cm) away from adjacent machines.
- Danger: This product does not have lightning protection devices. Do not use during thunderstorms.
- Danger: People or flammable materials must be at least 10 feet (3 meters) away from the machine, and ensure that residue does not fall on flammable items.
- Danger: Do not use the machine in an ambient temperature exceeding 122°F (50°C).
- Danger: When installing on the floor, ensure the machine and cables are kept away from personnel and vehicles.
2.2. Safety Tips
- Danger: Always connect the grounding wire to a grounded socket to avoid electric shock. This machine cannot operate in water.
- Danger: If water enters or covers the bottom of the machine, it can cause malfunction or electric leakage. Ensure sufficient safety distance for accumulated water on rainy days.
- Danger: Never touch sparks. Do not touch the machine enclosure while heating or operating.

3. Setup
3.1. Unpacking
Upon receiving the product, carefully open the packaging box and inspect all contents to ensure that all spare parts are complete and in good condition. If the outer packaging or any components are damaged or missing during transportation, contact the carrier or distributor immediately and return them in their original packaging.

3.3. Installation
Place the machine on a sturdy and level ground. It is recommended that the maximum inclination angle not exceed 15 degrees. Ensure the installation location is convenient for machine maintenance and operation. The structure or surface used for installation must support the machine's weight.
3.4. Power Supply Connection
Before turning on the power, check that the input power supply voltage is consistent with the machine's rated voltage. Refer to the technical parameters table for power requirements. Always connect the machine to a protected circuit (circuit breaker or fuse) and ensure it is connected to a grounded power plug to avoid electric shock or fire. Do not connect the machine to a rheostat (variable resistor) or dimmer circuit.
The power cord used is a self-locked power supply wiring. If the equipped power cord does not have a plug, or needs to change the plug, refer to the following table for installation:

3.5. Consumables
The machine uses specially made metal powder that produces full sparks with minimal residue, free from smoke, odors, and toxic gases. It comes in aluminum foil vacuum-packed bags for convenient storage and transportation.
Danger: It is recommended to use only high-purity specialized consumables provided by the manufacturer. The manufacturer does not assume responsibility for machine damage, personal injury, or property damage caused by the use of unauthorized consumables.
3.5.1. Adding Consumables
- Open the rubber stopper cover before adding.
- Tear open the packaging bag of the consumables and pour them into the feeding port on the top of the machine.
- Pour the consumables out of the feed port instead of the spray nozzle.
- After adding, cover the rubber stopper cover.
- The silo volume is 200 grams.
Danger: Add consumables only when the power is turned off. When adding consumables and testing the spray machine, wear protective glasses to avoid eye injury.

3.6. Machine Connection
- Connect the power supply and the DMX signal cable.
- Connect the first power plug.
- Connect other machines in parallel with a power connection line.
- Connect other machines in parallel with the DMX signal lines.
- Connect to the DMX512 console or to the wireless remote control.
Danger: Do not use damaged power plugs and power cables. One power plug is recommended for parallel connection of up to 6 products.
Warning: Connect the configured 120 ohm terminal resistor to the signal output port of the last machine to enhance anti-interference capability. The standard length of the DMX signal connection line is 2 meters, and multiple wires can be connected in series to achieve a longer length (up to 18 signal lines in a single channel).
3.7. Before Turning on the Power
Warning: Plug the power cord into a grounded socket. Confirm that the voltage specifications are correct before powering on.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Display Board Operation
The initial 'main interface' of the LCD display panel after startup shows the current status. Press the MENU key to enter the 'Settings' option interface.

- Yellow (system) indicator light READY: Flashing indicates system is preparing; always on indicates system is ready.
- Green (signal) indicator lights: Off indicates signal disconnected; flashing indicates remote control connected; always on indicates DMX console connected.

4.2. DMX Control
The machine can be controlled via DMX512 console. Ensure the DMX signal line is connected from the console's output to the machine's input.

Note: Setting the same DMX address code will prevent individual control of the machine's channel functions. In 3-channel mode, set DMX addresses to 1, 4, 7, 10, etc.
4.2.2. Enable Heating Function
Values 100-255 in the first channel activate the heating function, which takes about 4 minutes to complete preheating. The blue 'HEAT' indicator light will flash, and the yellow 'READY' indicator light will flash, indicating heating. When 'READY' becomes permanently on, heating is complete, and the machine is ready to spray.
4.2.3. Adjusting Eruption Height
Use the second channel to adjust the spray height. Values 26-209 correspond to gears 1-4 for different heights (2.5m, 3.5m, 4.5m, 5.5m).

4.3. Remote Control Operation
The machine can also be controlled via a 433MHz wireless remote control.

- Connect power and signal wires, turn on the power switch, and confirm communication with the control console is disconnected.

5. Maintenance
5.1. Material Cleaning
This product has a material cleaning function to prevent clumping and jamming of heated but unsprayed consumables in the combustion chamber. Use the cleaning function of channel 2 (DMX value 210-255) to clean consumables. Always perform this function before turning off the machine after each performance.
5.2. Cleaning the Machine
After completing material cleaning, thoroughly clean the machine to extend its service life.
- Turn off machine power.
- Unplug the power cable and the DMX signal cable.
- Clean dust and debris on the machine surface with a damp cloth.
- Put unused consumables into a vacuum packing bag and seal it. Store in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture and keep away from high temperatures, open flames, and other environments.
