2. Setup

2.1 How to Wear

For optimal comfort and sound, wear the headphones as illustrated:

2.2 Charging

Charge your headphones and charging case before first use and as needed.

  1. Before first use, tear off the insulation stickers from the charging contacts of the headphones.
  2. Place both headphones into the charging case to charge.
  3. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case to charge the case. The charging case will be fully charged within 2 hours.

  1. The headphones will automatically pair with each other when you open the charging case.
  2. The headphones will enter pairing mode with white indicator flashes on the host headphone.
  3. Turn on Bluetooth on your device, search for 'Tronsmart OpenFly 2 Pro' and click to connect.
  4. Once paired, you can enjoy your audio.

Connect with other devices:

To connect the headphones with a new device, put both headphones into the charging case and keep the case open. Press and hold the reset button on the charging case for 10 seconds. After the red indicator of the charging case flashes 2 times, the headphones will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, allowing you to connect to a new device.

How to Connect to Tronsmart App:

  1. Turn on Bluetooth setting on your device, search & click 'Tronsmart OpenFly 2 Pro' to connect.
  2. Open the 'Tronsmart' App & allow it to access Bluetooth on your device.
  3. Slide to find 'Tronsmart OpenFly 2 Pro' & click to connect.
  4. If connected successfully, you can customize Equalizers, lights, etc.

4. Care and Maintenance

  • If this product is not used for a long period of time, it's recommended to recharge it at least once a month to extend its life and maintain normal use.
  • Keep the product in a dry location.
  • Do not dispose of this product in fire as batteries may explode or leak.
  • To clean the product, use a lightly dampened cloth in water to clean the exterior.
  • Do not disassemble this product. It contains no user-serviceable parts.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 How to Reset the Headphones

If you experience pairing issues or other malfunctions, resetting the headphones may resolve the problem.

Put both headphones into the charging case and keep the charging case opened. Press and hold the reset button on the charging case for 15 seconds. After the green indicator of the charging case flashes 2 times, the pairing connection records of both headphones and the mobile phone will be cleared. Once the headphones are successfully reset, the white indicators on both headphones will flash quickly, and they will automatically pair and connect after a few seconds.

Note: After resetting, delete the pairing record of any previously connected Bluetooth devices from your device's Bluetooth settings to allow the headphones to be discoverable for pairing again.

A: The headphones support fast charging, with 10 minutes providing around 3 hours of battery life. The charging case does not support fast charging.

A: Headphones take 1.5 hours to charge. The charging case takes 2 hours to fully charge.
Q: Are the headphones suitable for use while diving or swimming?
A: No, they are not suitable for diving or swimming.

A: Download the Tronsmart app from Google Play and the Apple App Store to personalize your sound.
Q: How do I adjust the volume via the headphones?

8.6 Magnetic Field Warning

The product generates stronger permanent magnetic fields that could cause interference with cardiac pacemakers, implanted defibrillators (ICDs), and other implants. Always maintain a distance of at least 3.94"/10 cm between the product component containing the magnet (earbuds and charging case) and the cardiac pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, or other implant.

8.7 Recycling Information

This symbol means the product must not be discarded as household waste, and should be delivered to an appropriate collection facility for recycling. Follow local rules and never dispose of the product and rechargeable batteries with normal household waste. Correct disposal of old products and rechargeable batteries helps prevent negative consequences for the environment and human health.

To preserve natural resources, please recycle or dispose of the battery properly. Consult your local waste authority for information regarding available recycling and/or disposal options. When the battery runs out, remove the battery from the product housing and cover the battery pack connections with heavy-duty adhesive tape to prevent short circuit and energy discharge.
