5. Setup
SIM Card Installation
The dashcam supports 4G LTE connectivity. Ensure your SIM card supports the following frequency bands:
- Europe/Africa/Oceania/South/South America/Asia: FDD:(B1/B3/B5/B8)
- America: FDD:(B34/B38/B39/B40/B41)
Refer to the SIM card country table to ensure compatibility.

Image: Table showing SIM card compatibility by region (EU, SA, IL, KR) and corresponding countries.
Insert the 4G SIM card into the designated slot on the dashcam (if included or purchased separately).
TF Card Installation
Insert the storage card into the TF card slot (pay attention to the orientation). The pop-up TF card slot supports a maximum of 128GB/Class 10. Avoid inserting or removing the TF card while the device is in use.
Dashcam Mounting
Attach the bracket to the windshield in front of the rearview mirror using 3M adhesive (ensure correct direction and position; once applied, the adhesive is very difficult to remove).
Optimal Installation Area: The fuse box is typically located on the left side of the driver's seat or near the steering wheel.
Power Connection (Buck Line Wiring)
Use the Buck Line to not occupy the cigarette lighter interface. You will need to find two fuse slots to be used in this step.
- Connect the red wire (ACC) to a fuse slot that only provides power when you turn your key to the ACC position.
- Connect the yellow wire (VCC) to a fuse slot that provides constant power (this power source is always on and is not controlled by ignition).
- Connect the black wire (GND) to the ground terminal in the car's fuse box or a grounding screw/bolt.
Route the power cable along the front windshield, A-pillar, and passenger-side storage compartment, guiding it to the fuse box.

Image: Detailed wiring diagram showing connections for GND (Negative), ACC (Positive), and BAT&ACC (+) to the car's fuse box, with an internal chip diagram.
When the car starts, the recorder will automatically power on and emit a startup sound, indicating it has entered normal operating mode.
Rear Camera Installation (Optional)
Please connect the rear camera's Red cable wire with your car reverse lamp power's Positive pole(+). Then plug the car charger into the cigar lighter to power supply the car dvr. When you get your car in Reverse Gear, the car dvr will automatically switch to the rear camera with parking line. Then the auto reversing function will work.
If you don't need this function, please ignore the red wire, don't need to connect anything.

9. Troubleshooting
Common Problems and Solutions
1. QR Code on the Device Body is Damaged and Unable to Connect?
Use a pin to press the RESET hole on the recorder for approximately 5 seconds. This will restore the recorder to factory settings. You can then re-scan the QR code on the device to add it.
2. The device is offline
- Check the status of the device indicator. If the network is well connected, the blue light will blink slowly.
- Check whether the network is connected when the device is powered on.
- Check whether the network is sound.
- Check whether the device is activated.
- Confirm what mode is set. Collision mode indicates that the device is set normally.
- Reset it and have a try.
- Confirm whether it is the latest software version, if not, please upgrade it.
3. GPS cannot locate
- The locating time is less than 3 minutes. It is difficult to locate it in the case of interference in some areas.
- If the car is parked in the underground garage and the high floor with metal places, GPS cannot locate it.
- Check whether it is the latest software version, if not, please upgrade it.
- You can try to put the device on the roof of the car to see if you can locate it.
- If it is not located for a long time, you can format the TF card or reset the device.
10. User Tips
- Charging Cable: Always use the standard charging cable provided to ensure proper startup and operation of the device.
- SIM Card Compatibility: Before purchasing a SIM card, verify that it supports the specific frequency bands required for your region (FDD:(B1/B3/B5/B8) for Europe/Africa/Oceania/South/South America/Asia, and FDD:(B34/B38/B39/B40/B41) for America). Incorrect SIM card bands will prevent network connectivity.
- TF Card: Use a Class 10 high-speed TF card, up to 128GB, for reliable recording. Avoid inserting or removing the card while the device is active to prevent data corruption.
- App Connection: If the QR code is damaged, perform a factory reset by pressing the RESET hole for 5 seconds to re-pair with the app.
- Cloud Service: Consider activating the cloud service for emergency video backup, especially since local emergency videos are only stored for one day without it.
