3. Setup Instructions
- Unpack: Carefully remove the laminator and all accessories from the packaging.
- Placement: Place the laminator on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the machine for ventilation and for documents to pass through freely.
- Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the laminator and then plug it into a suitable 220-240V power outlet.
- Initial Check: Ensure the feed tray is clear of any obstructions.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On and Mode Selection
- Turn on the laminator using the power switch.
- Select the desired lamination mode: Cold Lamination or Hot Lamination. The device features intelligent cold and hot control.
- For hot lamination, allow the machine to preheat. The warm-up time is approximately 1 minute.
4.2 Lamination Process
- Place your document or photo inside a laminating pouch, ensuring it is centered and there is an even border around the edges.
- Once the laminator has reached the optimal temperature (for hot lamination), carefully insert the sealed edge of the laminating pouch into the feed slot. The machine features automatic film feeding.
- The laminator will pull the pouch through. The lamination speed is approximately 370-450 mm/min.
- Once the pouch exits the machine, allow it to cool on a flat surface before handling.

- Cleaning: Regularly clean the exterior of the laminator with a soft, dry cloth. For rollers, use a slightly damp cloth when the machine is cool and unplugged, ensuring no moisture enters internal components.
- Storage: Store the laminator in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive dust.
- Roller Inspection: Periodically check the rollers for any residue or damage that might affect lamination quality.
6. Troubleshooting
Refer to the table below for common issues and their solutions:
Figure 8: Troubleshooting guide for lamination issues.
| Question/Issue | Reason | Corresponding Actions |
|---|---|---|
| White foggy spots appear | 1. Temperature did not reach the set point. 2. Temperature setting insufficient. |
1. Wait for the laminating machine to reach the set temperature before use. 2. Set the temperature according to the required temperature for the corresponding thickness. |
| Bubble spots appear | The laminating machine roller has impurities. | Clean the impurities on the roller. |
| Wrinkles and uneven lamination | 1. Temperature is too high. 2. The laminator roller is uneven. 3. The item to be laminated was not placed flat. |
1. Properly lower the temperature. 2. Check whether the roller is flat and intact. 3. Place the laminating item flat, then put it flat into the laminator. |
| Non-stick paper and photos / Foggy white spots | Temperature too low. | Appropriately increase the temperature. |
| Photo edges not sticking or bubbling at the edges | 1. Laminator roller pressure insufficient. 2. Temperature insufficient. |
1. Tighten the laminator roller pressure. 2. Increase the temperature. |
