4. Initial Setup

4.1. Charging the Smartwatch

Before first use, fully charge your CD20 Smartwatch using the provided charging cable. Connect the magnetic end of the cable to the charging contacts on the back of the watch and the USB end to a compatible power adapter (not included) or computer USB port.

4.2. Powering On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the power button (usually the crown button) until the screen lights up.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the power button, then select 'Power Off' on the screen.

4.3. SIM Card Installation

The CD20 Smartwatch supports 4G cellular connectivity. To use this feature, you will need to install a compatible SIM card.

  1. Locate the SIM card slot on the side of the smartwatch.
  2. Use the provided card pin to gently eject the SIM tray.
  3. Place your Nano-SIM card onto the tray, ensuring correct orientation.
