1. Product Overview

The MOES J10 Smart Solar Energy Alert PTZ Camera is a surveillance device that combines solar power supply and advanced monitoring technology. 4. Setup and Installation

4.1 Physical Installation

The camera is designed for wall-mount installation. It is recommended to install the camera at a height of approximately 2.6 meters for optimal coverage.

1. Solar Panel Connection: Connect the solar panel to the camera and fix it at a suitable angle using the provided screws.
2. SD Card Installation: Open the silicon flap, insert the SD card (supports up to 128GB), and then securely close the silicon flap to prevent rain leakage.
3. Secure Mounting: Tighten all screws to ensure the camera and solar panel are firmly mounted.
4. Power Cable Connection: Connect the power cable between the solar panel and the camera, then tighten the waterproof cap.
5. Panel Power-on: Remove the rubber cover from the solar panel's power switch, ensure it is powered ON, then replace the rubber cover.

4.2 App Download and Registration

To use the smart features, download the MOES App:

• Download the MOES App from your device's App Store or scan the QR code provided in the original manual.
• Note: While Tuya Smart/Smart Life App may still work, the MOES App is highly recommended for enhanced compatibility and features.
• Register/Login: Open the MOES App. Tap "Register" to create a new account using your phone number and a verification code, then set a password. If you already have a MOES account, choose "Log in".

4.3 Adding Device (WiFi Edition)

1. Open the MOES App, click the "+" icon on the top right corner of the "HOME" page.
2. Select "Add Device", then choose "Camera & Lock".
3. Select "QR code for camera" to add your device.
4. Check the prompt on the screen and click "Next".
5. Select your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network name and enter the password, then click "OK". (The product only supports 2.4GHz WiFi).
6. Scan the QR Code displayed on your phone screen with the camera.
7. Once you hear a prompt tone from the camera, click "I Heard a Prompt" in the app.
8. The device will connect. Ensure the camera is near the router during this process.
9. After successful addition, click "Done" to enter the home page.

5. Operation

5.1 Indicator Light Status

• Red light Solid: Charging.
• Blue light: Working.
• Blue light flashing: Network disconnected.
• Red and blue lights flash alternately: In pairing mode.

5.2 Basic Controls

• Key to “on”: Power On device.
• Key to “off”: Power Off device.
• Long press Pairing Button for 8s: Device enters pairing mode.

9.1 Warranty Instructions

The warranty does not cover:
