1. Memory Card Installation:
- Insert a Class 10 or above Micro SD card (16GB to 256GB recommended) into the memory card slot.
- Format the SD card before first-time use.
- Important: Do not insert or remove the memory card while the driving recorder is turned on to avoid damage.
2. Dash Cam Placement:
- Attach the dash cam to a suitable position on the front windshield using the electrostatic sticker.
- Adjust the viewing angle accordingly to ensure a clear view of the road.

3. Power Connection:
- Connect the USB power cable to the Type-C USB power port on the Dash Cam.
- Plug the car charger into your car's cigarette lighter socket.
- Note: The DVR is compatible only with 12V power supplies. Using a 24V supply without a 24V to 12V converter will damage the motherboard.
4. Rear Camera Installation (Optional):
- Connect the rear camera to the Dash Cam using the extension cable.
- Install the rear camera on the rear windshield.
- To enable the auto-reversing function with parking lines, connect the rear camera's red cable wire to your car's reverse lamp power's positive pole (+).
- Warning: Due to different car models, professional assistance is recommended for rear camera installation. This method is for reference only.

5. Hardwire Kit Installation (Optional, for 24H Parking Monitoring):
- The Hardwire Kit allows for 24-hour parking monitoring without occupying the cigarette lighter interface.
- Identify two fuse slots in your car: one providing constant power (for the RED wire) and one providing power only when the key is in the ACC position (for the YELLOW wire).
- Connect the BLACK wire to a grounding screw or bolt.
- Note: Use only ACCEO's customized Hardwire Kit specifications for compatibility.

- If the app disconnects from Wi-Fi within 5 minutes of starting the dash cam, click the button on the dash cam to restart Wi-Fi.
- Ensure you have granted all necessary system permissions to the Viidure app. If not, clear the app data in your phone settings and try again.
- If issues persist, try restoring factory settings.
2. GPS Signal Issues:
Factors that can affect GPS signals:
- Other signal interference within the car.
- Severe weather conditions (rainstorm, snowstorm, etc.).
- Driving through tunnels with weak signals or in remote mountainous areas.

- GPS videos require a dedicated player (GXPlayer) for viewing on a computer.
- To view GPS videos on the mobile app, you must first download them to local files.
User Tips
- For optimal performance, regularly check that the dash cam lenses are clean and free from obstructions.
- Periodically back up important video files from your memory card to prevent accidental overwriting.
- Ensure your dash cam's firmware is up to date for the latest features and bug fixes. Check the app for updates.
