2. Setup and Assembly

The JIS LV30 drone is designed for modular assembly. Follow these steps to prepare your drone for operation.

2.1 Package Contents

Before assembly, verify all components are present according to the packing list:

2.2 Frame Assembly

The drone features an aluminum alloy truss structure for lightweight and rigidity. Assemble the main frame components as shown in the diagrams.

Ensure all connections are secure. The frame includes a quick-installation fixed bracket design, allowing for modular attachment of components like radar and cameras.

2.3 Power System Installation

The LV30 utilizes a new generation X11 G2 split-type power system. Install the motors and propellers according to the power list. Ensure propellers are correctly oriented (CW/CCW).

2.4 Battery and Flight Controller Installation

The drone supports 14S 30000mAh batteries. The LV series uses a plug-in socket design for easy battery connection and supports multiple batteries. The internal space is designed to accommodate the flight controller (V9/K++) and RTK modules, ensuring tidy wiring.

2.5 Tank Installation

The drone supports both a 30L liquid medicine tank and a 40L granular spreading tank. Install the appropriate tank for your application. The medicine tank features an integrated brushless water pump and a new design for easy filling and secure sealing.

3. Operating Instructions

Operating the JIS LV30 drone requires careful attention to safety and proper procedures.

3.1 Pre-Flight Checklist

  • Ensure all components are securely fastened.
  • Check battery charge levels.
  • Verify the liquid or granular tank is properly installed and filled.
  • Inspect propellers for any damage.
  • Confirm flight control system (V9/K++) is calibrated and functioning correctly.

3.2 Flight Operation

3.3 Spraying/Spreading Operation

The integrated brushless water pump ensures efficient liquid delivery. For granular spreading, ensure the spreading mechanism is correctly configured. Monitor tank levels and spray patterns during operation.

4. Maintenance

Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and reliable performance of your JIS LV30 drone.

4.1 Cleaning

  • After each use, thoroughly clean the chemical/water tank and spraying nozzles to prevent residue buildup and corrosion.
  • Wipe down the drone frame and propellers to remove any dirt, dust, or chemical splashes. The drone is designed to be waterproof and dustproof.

4.2 Storage

The LV30 features a diagonal folding design for convenient transport and storage, reducing the space occupied by the aircraft.
