2. Important Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, please observe the following safety precautions:

  • Read all instructions before using the appliance.
  • Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
  • Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children.
  • Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer’s recommended attachments.
  • Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.
  • Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run appliance over cord. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
  • Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
  • Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.

  • Store the appliance indoors. Put away after use to prevent accidents.
  • Disconnect the battery pack from the appliance before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing appliance.

4. Assembly

Your TKKEACE Wireless Handheld Vacuum Cleaner can be assembled in various configurations:

4.1. Assembling the Stick Vacuum

  1. Insert the extension wand into the main vacuum unit until it clicks securely.
  2. Attach the electric floor brush to the other end of the extension wand until it clicks.

4.2. Assembling the Handheld Vacuum

  1. Attach the crevice tool or brush attachment directly to the main vacuum unit until it clicks.

4.3. Wall Mount Installation

The vacuum cleaner comes with a wall mount for convenient storage:

  1. Choose a suitable location near a power outlet.
  2. Secure the wall mount to the wall using appropriate screws (not included).
  3. Hang the main vacuum unit onto the wall mount.

5. Charging the Battery

The vacuum cleaner is equipped with 6 x 2000mAh high-capacity rechargeable batteries. Before first use, fully charge the battery.

  1. Connect the charging adapter to the charging port on the main vacuum unit.
  2. Plug the adapter into a power outlet.
  3. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging.
  4. A full charge typically takes 4-5 hours.
  5. The removable battery can be charged separately or while attached to the main unit.

6. Operation

6.1. Power On/Off and Suction Modes

Press the power button to turn the vacuum cleaner on. It features 2 gear settings for suction power:

  • Low Speed: Provides 9KPa suction for lighter cleaning tasks and extends battery life (up to 35-40 minutes).
  • High Speed: Provides up to 11KPa (or 13000Pa as powerful suction) for deeper cleaning and stubborn dirt (up to 25 minutes runtime).

Press the power button again to switch between modes or turn off the vacuum.

6.2. Using Attachments

  • Electric Floor Brush: Ideal for hardwood floors and short-pile carpets. The independent motor brush head prevents hair tangling, and the 6 LED lights help illuminate dust in dark areas. It rotates 180° left/right and 90° up/down for easy maneuverability.
  • Crevice Tool: Perfect for cleaning tight spaces, corners, and edges.
  • Brush Attachment: Suitable for upholstery, curtains, and delicate surfaces.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your vacuum cleaner.

7.1. Emptying the Dust Cup

The vacuum features a 0.7L large-capacity dust collection bucket. Empty it regularly, especially when it reaches the MAX fill line.

  1. Ensure the vacuum is turned off.
  2. Press the dust cup release button to detach it from the main unit.
  3. Position the dust cup over a trash bin.
  4. Press the bottom release button to open the dust cup and empty its contents.
  5. Close the dust cup and reattach it to the main unit.

7.2. Cleaning the Filters

The vacuum cleaner is equipped with an ultra-fine mesh HEPA filter. Clean filters regularly to maintain suction power.

  1. Ensure the vacuum is turned off and the dust cup is removed.
  2. Remove the HEPA filter from the dust cup.
  3. Tap the filter gently over a trash bin to remove loose dirt.
  4. Rinse the filter under cold running water until the water runs clear.
  5. Allow the filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting. Do not use a dryer or other heating methods.
  6. Reassemble the filter and dust cup.

7.3. Cleaning the Brush Head

Periodically check the electric floor brush for tangled hair or debris.

  1. Ensure the vacuum is turned off and disconnected from the extension wand.
  2. Locate the brush roll release mechanism (usually a latch or button) on the side of the floor brush.
  3. Remove the brush roll.
  4. Use the provided cleaning tool or scissors to cut and remove any tangled hair or fibers.
  5. Clean any debris from the brush housing.
  6. Reinsert the brush roll and secure it.
