Assembly and Setup

Your kitchen island requires assembly. Please ensure you have all parts and tools before beginning. It is recommended that two people assemble this unit. The estimated assembly time is 100-180 minutes.

Before You Begin:

Hinge Adjustment:

The cabinet doors feature adjustable hinges to ensure proper alignment. Refer to the diagram below for adjustment points:

• Adjustment 1 (Vertical): Use screw 1 to adjust the door up or down.
• Adjustment 2 (Depth): Use screw 2 to adjust the door's depth relative to the cabinet frame.
• Adjustment 3 (Horizontal): Use screw 3 to adjust the door left or right.

Operating Instructions

Extending the Dining Table:

1. Locate the hidden handle on the side of the kitchen island where the dining table is integrated.
2. Gently pull the handle to slide the dining table outwards. The high-quality guide rails and quiet rollers will ensure a smooth extension.
3. Continue pulling until the table is fully extended and locked into position.

Retracting the Dining Table:

1. Ensure there are no obstructions on or around the dining table.
2. Push the dining table back towards the main island unit. It should slide smoothly along the guide rails.
3. Continue pushing until the table is fully retracted and flush with the main island, concealing it completely.

Using Storage Cabinets and Drawers:

• The drawers operate on high-quality slide rails for smooth opening and closing. Avoid overloading drawers beyond their specified weight capacity (10 kg per drawer).
• Adjustable shelves within the cabinets allow for customized storage space. To adjust, remove the shelf, reposition the shelf pins to the desired height, and reinsert the shelf.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe all surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth with mild soap can be used, followed immediately by drying with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
• Fittings Check: Over time, fittings can loosen. Regularly check that all connections, screws, and bolts are tight to ensure stability and safety. Retighten as necessary.
