Setup and Assembly
1. Battery Installation and Charging
- Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use. Connect the charger to a power outlet and then to the battery pack. The indicator light on the charger will show charging status.
- To install the battery, align the battery pack with the base of the impact wrench and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.
- To remove the battery, press the release button on the battery pack and slide it out.

2. Attaching Accessories
The CONENTOOL Impact Wrench supports various accessories for different tasks:
- For Wrench Sockets:
- Align the wrench socket with the square drive of the tool.
- Push the socket firmly onto the drive until the pin engages with the hole in the socket, securing it.
- Ensure the O-ring is properly seated to prevent the socket from falling off during operation.
- For Drill Bits / Screwdriver Bits (using adapters):
- Attach the appropriate adapter (e.g., punch adapter for drilling, screwdriver adapter for screws) to the square drive.
- Secure the adapter by tightening any screws in reverse direction if applicable (refer to Figure 6).
- Insert the drill bit or screwdriver bit into the chuck of the adapter and tighten it securely.

Operating Instructions
1. Powering On/Off and Speed Selection
- To power on the tool, press the trigger. The LED work light will illuminate.
- The tool features 3 forward gears (Slow, Medium, Fast) and 2 reverse gears. Use the "MODE" button on the tool's base to cycle through the speed settings.
- Slow Speed (First Gear): 0-2200 RPM
- Medium Speed (Second Gear): 0-3600 RPM
- Fast Speed (Third Gear): 0-4600 RPM
- Release the trigger to turn off the tool. The LED light will turn off automatically after a short delay.

2. Forward/Reverse Rotation
The tool has a switch near the trigger to select forward or reverse rotation:
- Push the switch to the left for forward rotation (tightening).
- Push the switch to the right for reverse rotation (loosening).
- The "MOOD" button combined with reverse rotation can activate a smart disassembling gear (green light) or free use (no light).

3. Applications
This impact wrench is suitable for:

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your tool.
- Cleaning: Keep the tool's ventilation openings clean to prevent overheating. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Battery Care:
- Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Do not store batteries in a discharged state for extended periods. Recharge them periodically.
- Avoid dropping or damaging battery packs.
- Brushless Motor: The brushless motor design requires less maintenance compared to brushed motors, as there are no carbon brushes to replace.
