Safety Instructions

WARNING: Always remove the battery pack before performing any adjustments, maintenance, or when the tool is not in use.

  • Always operate the machine only when there is sufficient light or good illumination.
  • Do not extend the tool too far and always make sure to stand firmly.
  • Exercise caution when operating on inclines to maintain balance and control.
  • Walk during operation; do not run.
  • Before touching any rotating or dangerous parts, ensure the machine is shut down, the battery pack is removed, and all moving parts are completely stationary.
  • When using the snow sweeper, do not aim the discharge opening at anyone in the work area.
  • Avoid using the machine on wet surfaces where electric shock may occur. Do not expose this tool to rain. Store indoors. Avoid using the machine in bad weather, especially during thunderstorms.
  • Do not block the air inlet and/or the snow discharge port during operation or cleaning.
  • Do not insert fingers or other objects into the air inlet or snow discharge port.
  • Prevent accidental start-up. Ensure the switch is in the off position before connecting or disconnecting the battery pack, or when handling the tool. Carrying the machine with your finger on the switch or with the battery connected and switch on can lead to accidents.

  1. Handle Assembly: Attach the auxiliary handle to the main shaft. Ensure it is securely fastened.
  2. Telescopic Rod Adjustment: Loosen the telescopic tube lock buckle, adjust the aluminum tube to your desired operating length (105-125cm), and then securely tighten the lock buckle.
  3. Wheel Attachment: Attach the wheels to the snow shovel module as shown in the diagram.
  4. Battery Installation: Align the battery pack with the battery slot on the tool's handle and slide it in until it clicks into place. Ensure it is firmly seated.

Battery Charging:

Before first use, fully charge the battery pack. If the battery pack has not been used for a prolonged time, it may require a longer initial charge (approx. 24 hours) to reach full capacity.

  1. Plug the charger into an AC outlet.
  2. Insert the battery pack firmly into the charger.
  3. The charging lamp will light up during charging. An internal electronic switch prevents overcharging once complete.
  4. If the battery pack is warm (e.g., after heavy use), charging will not occur immediately. The standby lamp will light up until the battery cools down, then charging will begin automatically.
  5. When charging is completed, the charging lamp will start flashing quickly.
  6. If the battery pack has not been used for a long time, the charging lamp may flash slowly, indicating protective charging, which takes longer.

Operation

Starting and Stopping:

  1. To start the tool, pull the trigger.
  2. To vary the driving speed, simply increase or decrease pressure on the trigger. The further the trigger is pulled, the greater the speed.
  3. To stop the tool, release the trigger. The electric brake will stop the tool instantly.

Snow Clearing:

  • Ensure the work area is clear of foreign objects that could be thrown by the snow sweeper.
  • Hold the snow sweeper firmly with both hands.
  • Push the snow sweeper forward at a steady pace. The rotating auger will collect and throw the snow.
  • Adjust the snow discharge angle using the adjustable plate to direct snow away from desired areas (refer to Figure 4).

User Tips

  • It is recommended to operate the snow sweeper at a suitable time, such as in the morning or in the afternoon, to avoid disturbing residents.
  • Before clearing snow, it is recommended to use a rake or broom to loosen and disperse any heavily compacted debris.
  • When using the snow sweeper in dusty environments (e.g., clearing light, dry snow that can create dust), consider slightly moistening the surface with a commercial mist eliminator to reduce airborne particles.
