The Control Panel supports Over-The-Air (OTA) firmware upgrades. Ensure your system is always up-to-date for optimal performance and security by checking for updates via the mobile app.

5.3 Cleaning

Clean the exterior of all components with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the devices.

6. Troubleshooting

  • No Power: Ensure the Control Panel is properly connected to a power source. Check the backup battery status.
  • Sensor Not Responding: Check the battery in the specific sensor. Verify that the sensor is within the transmission range of the Control Panel.
  • False Alarms: Review sensor placement, especially for PIR detectors, to avoid triggers from pets (if pet immunity is not enabled or effective) or environmental factors. Adjust sensitivity settings if available.
  • Network Connectivity Issues: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is active and the Control Panel is within range. Check Ethernet cable connection if using wired. Restart the Control Panel and your router if necessary.
  • Keypad/Remote Not Working: Check batteries. Ensure they are properly paired with the Control Panel.
  • No App Notifications: Verify app settings for notifications on your smartphone. Ensure the Control Panel has a stable internet connection.
