4. Setup and Connection

The X98Pro keyboard offers three connection methods: 2.4G wireless, Bluetooth, and wired USB-C. Choose the method that best suits your needs.

4.1. Wired Connection (USB Type-C)

  1. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the keyboard's Type-C port.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to an available USB port on your computer.
  3. The keyboard will automatically be recognized and can be used immediately. The wired connection also charges the keyboard.

4.2. 2.4G Wireless Connection

  1. Locate the 2.4G USB receiver, usually stored magnetically in a slot on the keyboard.
  2. Plug the 2.4G USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
  3. Switch the keyboard's mode selector to "2.4G".
  4. The keyboard should connect automatically.

4.3. Bluetooth Connection

The keyboard supports connecting up to three Bluetooth devices.

  1. Switch the keyboard's mode selector to "BT".
  2. On your computer or device, enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
  3. Select "X98Pro" from the list of available devices to pair.

6. Maintenance and Care

10. Warranty and Support

Your ATTACK SHARK X98Pro keyboard comes with a quality assurance period. Please retain your purchase receipt for warranty claims.

10.1. Product Repair

If there is a quality problem with the product (non-human damage) during the warranty period, you may be eligible for a replacement. Please accumulate faulty products to a certain quantity before sending them back for replacement. Replaced products can be sent back with your next order. When sending a product for repair, please include your contact name, address, phone number, and a detailed description of the product's issue. We are not responsible for the round-trip freight for product repair; the customer needs to cover these costs.

10.2. Exchange Policy

Different products have a corresponding quality assurance period (typically 3 months). During this period, if a quality problem or non-human damage occurs, the product can be replaced with a new one (depending on the degree of damage to the product's appearance). The validity period is based on the warranty label on the product. Please ensure the warranty label remains clear, complete, and undamaged during the quality assurance period.

If you wish to return or exchange unsalable products (which must be kept intact without signs of damage or wear), you must contact our staff within 15 days of receiving the goods. Products without quality problems cannot be returned or exchanged after this specified time. Man-made damage or damaged packaging are generally non-refundable, but special circumstances may be negotiated.
