8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your inverter, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
No output powerInverter switch is OFF; Loose battery connections; Low battery voltage; Overload protection activated.Turn inverter ON; Check and tighten battery cables; Recharge or replace battery; Reduce connected load.
Inverter shuts downOverload; Over-temperature; Low/High input voltage.Reduce load; Ensure proper ventilation, allow to cool; Check battery voltage, ensure it's within 12V range.
Abnormal noise from fanDust or obstruction in fan; Fan malfunction.Clean fan vents; If noise persists, contact support.
AC device not workingDevice power exceeds inverter capacity; Device faulty; Incorrect output voltage/frequency.Check device power requirements against inverter specs; Test device with another power source; Verify inverter output (220V, 50Hz).

The inverter features built-in protections for overload, over-voltage, short-circuit, and over-temperature. If a protection is triggered, the inverter may shut down automatically. Resolve the underlying issue and restart the inverter.

9. User Tips

  • Verify Sine Wave: This inverter provides a pure sine wave output, which is crucial for sensitive electronics. Users have confirmed its pure sine wave output, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of devices.
  • Actual Power Output: The inverter's continuous power output is lower than its peak power. For example, a 4000W peak model has a 2000W continuous output. Always consider the continuous power when connecting appliances.
  • Battery Capacity: For prolonged use, especially with higher wattage models, ensure your 12V battery has sufficient capacity (Ah) to meet the power demands of your connected devices.
  • Cable Gauge: Use the provided heavy-duty cables for optimal performance and safety. Thinner cables can lead to voltage drop and overheating.

10. Warranty and Support
