Unpacking

Power Connection

Operating Instructions
The Cecofry&Grill Duoheat 10000 features a dual-zone design with four heating elements (two top, two bottom) for even heat distribution, allowing for air frying, grilling, and pizza preparation.

Control Panel Overview
The digital control panel allows you to select programs, adjust temperature, and set cooking times. It features separate controls for the left and right cooking zones, as well as a SYNC function.

Basic Operation
- Prepare Food: Place your food in the cooking baskets or on the grill plates. For air frying, a small amount of oil (e.g., one tablespoon) is recommended for best results.
- Insert Baskets: Slide the cooking baskets securely into the appliance.
- Power On: Plug the appliance into a power outlet. The display will illuminate.
- Select Zone: Choose either the LEFT or RIGHT zone on the control panel.
- Choose Program/Settings:
- Preset Programs: The appliance offers 10 preset programs for common dishes. Touch the icon corresponding to your desired program.
- Manual Settings: Alternatively, manually adjust the temperature (40-200°C) and time using the dedicated controls.
- Start Cooking: Press the Start/Pause button to begin the cooking process.
- Monitor Progress: Use the viewing window to check on your food without opening the baskets, preserving heat and cooking efficiency.
- Dual Zone / SYNC Function:
- To cook different foods simultaneously, set independent programs for the LEFT and RIGHT zones.
- Use the SYNC function to ensure both zones finish cooking at the same time, even if they started with different times or temperatures.
- Finish Cooking: The appliance will beep when cooking is complete. Carefully remove the baskets using heat-resistant gloves.

Grilling Function (Grillin Style Plate)
Utilize the Grillin Style plate to achieve perfect searing and grill marks on meats and other foods. The four heating elements ensure even heat distribution for consistent grilling results.

Pizza Function
The appliance can also be used as a plancha for preparing pizzas, achieving crispy and golden crusts.

Maintenance and Cleaning
General Cleaning
- Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
