2. Safety Instructions
Always follow basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury.
General Power Tool Safety Warnings
- Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
- Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
- Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool. Distractions can cause you to lose control.
Electrical Safety
- Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way.
- Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
- Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
Personal Safety
- Always wear eye protection. Use safety glasses, goggles, or a face shield.
- Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts.
- Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a power tool.
Circular Saw Specific Safety Warnings
- Keep hands away from cutting area and the blade. Keep your second hand on the auxiliary handle, or motor housing. If both hands are holding the saw, they cannot be cut by the blade.
- Do not reach underneath the workpiece. The guard cannot protect you from the blade below the workpiece.
- Adjust the cutting depth to the thickness of the workpiece. Less than a full tooth of the blade should be visible below the workpiece.
- Never hold the workpiece in your hands or across your leg while cutting. Secure the workpiece to a stable platform.
- Always use the correct size and type of blade for the material being cut.
- Ensure the blade guard is functioning correctly before each use.

Unpacking
Carefully remove the circular saw and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
Blade Installation/Replacement
- Ensure the saw is unplugged from the power source.
- Press the spindle lock button (if available) to secure the blade.
- Use the provided spanner to loosen the blade bolt.
- Remove the outer flange and old blade.
- Clean the inner and outer flanges.
- Place the new blade onto the spindle, ensuring the teeth are pointing in the direction of rotation indicated by the arrow on the saw.
- Reinstall the outer flange and tighten the blade bolt securely with the spanner. Do not overtighten.
- Release the spindle lock.
Adjusting Cutting Depth
The cutting depth can be adjusted to match the thickness of your workpiece. Loosen the depth adjustment lever, move the base plate up or down to the desired depth, and then securely tighten the lever. Ensure only a small portion of the blade teeth extends below the workpiece for safer operation.
Adjusting Bevel Angle
For angled cuts, the bevel angle can be adjusted up to 45 degrees. Loosen the bevel adjustment knob, tilt the base plate to the desired angle (indicated on the scale), and then tighten the knob firmly.
Attaching Dust Port Adapter
Attach the dust-blowing port adapter to the saw's dust outlet to connect to a vacuum cleaner or dust bag for a cleaner work environment.
5. Operating Instructions
Before Starting
- Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and a dust mask.
- Ensure the workpiece is securely clamped or held to prevent movement during cutting.
- Check that the blade is sharp and correctly installed.
- Verify that the power cord is in good condition and connected to a suitable power outlet (220-240V, 50/60Hz).
Making a Cut
- Hold the saw firmly with both hands, one on the main handle and the other on the auxiliary handle.
- Position the front edge of the saw's base plate on the workpiece, ensuring the blade is not touching the material.
- Align the cutting line with the laser guide for precise cuts.
- Press the safety lock release button and then the trigger to start the saw. Allow the blade to reach full speed before beginning the cut.
- Slowly and steadily push the saw forward through the workpiece. Do not force the saw; let the blade do the work.
- Maintain a consistent cutting speed.
- Once the cut is complete, release the trigger and allow the blade to stop completely before lifting the saw from the workpiece.

6. Maintenance
Cleaning
- Always unplug the tool before cleaning.
- Regularly clean the saw's exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Clear dust and debris from the motor vents and blade guard to ensure proper cooling and operation. The dust extraction outlet helps keep the line of cut free of sawdust.
Blade Care
- Inspect the blade regularly for sharpness and damage. Replace dull or damaged blades immediately.
- Ensure the blade is clean and free of resin buildup, which can affect cutting performance.
Storage
Store the circular saw in a dry, secure location, out of reach of children and away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
