1. Introduction

The AULA SC620 is a versatile wireless gaming mouse designed for performance and comfort. Featuring a lightweight honeycomb shell, it offers three modes of connectivity (2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth, and USB-C wired) to adapt to various setups. Equipped with a high-precision PAW3311 optical sensor, it provides adjustable DPI up to 12,000 and a 1000Hz polling rate for responsive tracking. Dynamic RGB lighting enhances your gaming environment, while seven programmable buttons, including an exclusive Fire Button, allow for extensive customization.

3. Product Overview

Familiarize yourself with the various buttons and features of your AULA SC620 mouse:

  • Left/Right Buttons: Standard mouse click functions.
  • Scroll Wheel: For scrolling and middle-click function. Also serves as a charging indicator.
  • Forward/Back Buttons: Navigate web pages or other applications.
  • Fire Button: A dedicated customizable button for rapid actions.
  • DPI Button/Pair Key: Adjusts DPI settings and initiates Bluetooth pairing.
  • Mode Switch: Selects between OFF, 2.4G wireless, and Bluetooth modes.

4. Setup

The AULA SC620 mouse supports three connectivity modes: 2.4GHz Wireless, Bluetooth, and USB-C Wired.

4.1. 2.4GHz Wireless Connection

  1. Take out the USB receiver from the slot at the bottom of the mouse.
  2. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
  3. Slide the Mode Switch on the bottom of the mouse to the "2.4G" position.
  4. The mouse should connect automatically.

4.2. Bluetooth Connection

  1. Slide the Mode Switch on the bottom of the mouse to the "BT" position.
  2. Press and hold the DPI Button/Pair Key for 3 seconds until the RGB lighting starts flashing, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your computer or device, go to Bluetooth settings and search for "AULA SC620".
  4. Select the mouse to pair. Once connected, the RGB lighting will stop flashing.

4.3. USB-C Wired Connection

  1. Connect one end of the provided USB-C cable to the mouse's charging port.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to an available USB port on your computer.
  3. The mouse will automatically switch to wired mode and begin charging.

4.4. Charging the Mouse

The AULA SC620 features a 400mAh rechargeable battery.

  • Connect the mouse to your computer using the USB-C cable. The scroll wheel will indicate charging status.
  • A full charge typically takes a few hours.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. DPI Adjustment

The mouse offers 6 adjustable DPI levels, up to 12,000 DPI, for precise control. Press the dedicated DPI Button (located on the bottom of the mouse, next to the mode switch) to cycle through the preset DPI settings. The RGB lighting may change color to indicate the current DPI level.

5.2. Dynamic RGB Lighting Control

The AULA SC620 features dynamic RGB lighting. You can effortlessly switch between various lighting effects or turn them on/off without software:

  • Switch Lighting Effect: Short press the Forward Button + Middle Button simultaneously.
  • Turn Lights ON/OFF: Long press the Forward Button + Middle Button for 3 seconds.

5.3. Programmable Buttons and Software Customization

The mouse has 7 programmable buttons, including a dedicated Fire Button. For advanced customization, including macros, keystrokes, DPI settings, polling rate, and button assignments, you can use the AULA SC620's programmable software.

  • Fire Button: This button can be configured for instant actions, such as rapid-fire in games.
  • Software Features: The software allows you to customize polling rate, create macros, adjust DPI speed, and reassign button functions.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the mouse. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the internal components. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the mouse frequently. Charge it when the battery indicator shows low power. If storing for an extended period, charge the mouse to about 50% and store it in a cool, dry place.
  • Storage: Store the mouse in a clean, dry environment away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

7. Troubleshooting

Mouse not responding:
  • Ensure the mouse is charged.
  • Check the Mode Switch on the bottom of the mouse is set correctly (2.4G, BT, or wired).
  • For 2.4G wireless, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port.
  • For Bluetooth, ensure the mouse is paired correctly and your device's Bluetooth is enabled. Try re-pairing.
  • For wired mode, ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the mouse and the computer.
  • Try connecting the mouse to a different USB port or computer to rule out port/computer issues.
DPI not changing:
  • Ensure you are pressing the correct DPI Button.
  • If using custom DPI settings via software, ensure the software is running and settings are applied.
RGB lighting not working or stuck:
  • Ensure the mouse is powered on.
  • Try cycling through lighting effects by short pressing Forward + Middle Buttons.
  • Try turning the lights off and on by long pressing Forward + Middle Buttons for 3 seconds.
  • Check software settings if you have customized lighting effects.
