2. Setup
2.1 Unpacking and Initial Cleaning
Carefully remove all packaging materials. Before first use, wash the water tank, milk tank, filter powder bowl, handle, and coffee scoop with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the main body with a damp cloth.
2.2 Filling the Water Tank
Remove the water tank from the back of the machine. Fill it with fresh, cold water up to the MAX line. Place the water tank back securely into its position.
2.3 Preparing the Milk Tank
Fill the removable milk tank with desired milk (cold milk is recommended for best frothing results). Ensure the milk feed tube is properly inserted. Place the milk tank into its designated slot on the machine.
2.4 Power Connection and Priming
Plug the machine into a suitable 220V power outlet. Turn on the machine using the power switch. Before making coffee, it is recommended to run a cycle with just water to prime the system and clean any residual manufacturing dust. Place a cup under the coffee spout and press the Espresso button without coffee grounds. Repeat for the milk frothing function by selecting a milk-based drink option without milk in the tank (ensure water is in the water tank).

3.1 Making Espresso
- Ensure the water tank is filled and the machine is powered on.
- Add desired amount of ground coffee to the filter powder bowl (handle). Tamp lightly.
- Insert the handle securely into the brewing head, twisting to lock it in place.
- Place a cup under the coffee spout.
- Press the 'Espresso' button on the control panel. The machine will begin extraction.
- Once the desired amount is brewed, the machine will stop automatically.
3.2 Making Cappuccino or Latte
- Follow steps 1-3 for making espresso.
- Ensure the milk tank is filled with milk and properly attached.
- Place a cup under both the coffee spout and the milk frothing nozzle.
- Select either 'Cappuccino' or 'Latte' button on the control panel.
- The machine will first brew the espresso, then automatically froth and dispense milk into your cup.
- Adjust the milk frothing knob on the milk tank cover to control the foam consistency if available.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Daily Cleaning
- Removable Water Tray: Empty and rinse the removable water tray daily.

- Milk Tank: After each use, empty any remaining milk. The milk tank has a 'CLEAN' setting on its dial. Turn the dial to 'CLEAN' and run a short cycle to flush the milk frothing system with hot water. Then, remove and wash the milk tank and milk feed tube with warm soapy water.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the machine in water.
4.2 Descaling
Over time, mineral deposits can build up in the machine, affecting performance. Descale the machine every 2-3 months, or more frequently if you have hard water. Use a commercial descaling solution designed for coffee machines and follow the product's instructions. Always rinse the machine thoroughly with several cycles of fresh water after descaling.
