- Sunlight Exposure: Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading or discoloration of the finish.
Troubleshooting
- Issue: Drawers are stiff or difficult to open/close.
- Solution: Check for any obstructions within the drawer mechanism or along the tracks. Ensure the drawer is properly aligned. If the issue persists, check the assembly of the drawer mechanisms and re-tighten any loose screws.
- Issue: The shoe rack feels wobbly or unstable.
- Solution: Verify that all assembly hardware is securely tightened. Crucially, ensure the anti-tip accessory is correctly installed and firmly anchored to the wall. If not, install it immediately as per the safety instructions.

User Tips
- Maximize Space: For smaller shoes like flats or sandals, you can often fit more than one pair per compartment by alternating their direction.
- Top Surface Utility: The sturdy top surface is ideal for placing decorative items, a small plant, or frequently used essentials like keys, wallets, or mail.
- Seasonal Rotation: Consider rotating your shoes seasonally. Store off-season footwear in the lower drawers and keep frequently used shoes in the upper, more accessible drawers.
- Ventilation: While the drawers are enclosed, occasionally opening them for a short period can help with air circulation, especially if storing damp shoes.
