8. Troubleshooting

No Display/Unit Not Turning On:
Check if the batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient charge. Replace if necessary.
Inaccurate Readings:
Ensure all hose connections are tight and free of leaks. Verify that the correct refrigerant type and units are selected in the settings. Perform a zero-pressure calibration if needed (long press button F).
Vacuum Not Achieved (Evacuation Mode):
Check for leaks in the system or connections. Ensure the vacuum pump is functioning correctly.
Pressure Leak Test Shows Pressure Drop:
This indicates a leak in the system. Thoroughly inspect all connections, hoses, and system components for signs of leakage.

9. User Tips

  • Always ensure the system is depressurized before connecting or disconnecting hoses to prevent injury or refrigerant release.
  • Regularly check the battery level, especially before starting a critical measurement.
  • Utilize the foldable hook (M) to keep the unit securely positioned and prevent accidental drops during operation.
  • Familiarize yourself with the different refrigerant types and select the correct one for your application to ensure accurate measurements.
