6. Charging the Jump Starter
Before first use, fully charge the jump starter. It is recommended to recharge the unit every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.
- Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the Type-C input port on the jump starter.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a USB wall adapter (not included) or a car charger.
- The LCD screen will display the charging progress. The unit is fully charged when the screen shows 100%.
7. Operating Instructions
7.1. Jump Starting a Vehicle
Follow these steps to safely jump start your vehicle:
- Open the Car Hood: Ensure your vehicle is in Park (P) or Neutral (N) and the parking brake is engaged.
- Connect Clamps to Jump Starter: Plug the smart jumper clamps securely into the 12V jump starter plug on the BRPOM unit. Ensure a tight connection.
- Connect Clamps to Car Battery:
a. Connect the RED (+) clamp to the vehicle battery's positive (+) terminal.
b. Connect the BLACK (-) clamp to the vehicle battery's negative (-) terminal. - Check Indicator: The smart clamp indicator light will show the connection status. A solid green light indicates a safe and ready connection.
- Start Vehicle: Once the connection is secure and safe, start your vehicle's engine.
- Remove Clamps: After the vehicle starts, immediately remove the smart clamps from the car battery, then disconnect them from the jump starter unit.

7.2. Using as a Portable Power Bank
The BRPOM Jump Starter can charge various electronic devices:
- Connect your device's USB charging cable to the QC3.0 USB output port on the jump starter.
- The jump starter will automatically begin charging your device. The LCD screen will show the remaining battery percentage.

7.3. Using the LED Light
The built-in LED light has three modes: Flashlight, Strobe, and SOS.
- Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds to turn on the flashlight.
- Press the Power Button once to cycle to Strobe mode.
- Press the Power Button again to cycle to SOS mode.
- Press the Power Button one more time to turn off the LED light.

8. Maintenance
- Store the jump starter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Avoid exposing the unit to extreme temperatures or humidity.
