4. Assembly Instructions
Assembly is required for this cart. Follow these steps carefully:
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface. Verify all parts are present according to the package contents list.
- Attach Wheels: Insert the four swivel wheels into the designated holes on the bottom of one of the PP shelves. Ensure they are firmly seated. If any wheels have brakes, it is recommended to place them on the same side for easier locking.
- Install Lower Support Poles: Attach the four short aluminum alloy support poles to the corners of the shelf with the wheels. Ensure they click or screw into place securely.
- Place Middle Shelf: Slide the second PP shelf onto the top of the short support poles. Press down firmly until it locks into position.
- Install Upper Support Poles: Attach the four long aluminum alloy support poles to the corners of the middle shelf.
- Place Top Shelf: Slide the third PP shelf onto the top of the long support poles. Press down firmly until it locks into position.
- Attach Handles: Secure the two handles to the designated slots on the top shelf. Ensure they are oriented correctly for comfortable gripping.
