1. Introduction

2. Safety Instructions

  • Read all instructions carefully before assembly and use.
  • Ensure all parts are securely fastened before placing items on the cart.
  • Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 35 kg per shelf.
  • Distribute weight evenly across the shelves to maintain stability.
  • Keep hands and fingers clear of moving parts, especially during assembly and when moving the cart.
  • Do not allow children to climb on or play with the cart.
  • Use on a flat, stable surface to prevent tipping.
  • Avoid exposing the cart to extreme temperatures or harsh chemicals.

3. Package Contents

4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly is required for this cart. Follow these steps carefully:

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface. Verify all parts are present according to the package contents list.
  2. Attach Wheels: Insert the four swivel wheels into the designated holes on the bottom of one of the PP shelves. Ensure they are firmly seated. If any wheels have brakes, it is recommended to place them on the same side for easier locking.
  3. Install Lower Support Poles: Attach the four short aluminum alloy support poles to the corners of the shelf with the wheels. Ensure they click or screw into place securely.
  4. Place Middle Shelf: Slide the second PP shelf onto the top of the short support poles. Press down firmly until it locks into position.
  5. Install Upper Support Poles: Attach the four long aluminum alloy support poles to the corners of the middle shelf.
  6. Place Top Shelf: Slide the third PP shelf onto the top of the long support poles. Press down firmly until it locks into position.
  7. Attach Handles: Secure the two handles to the designated slots on the top shelf. Ensure they are oriented correctly for comfortable gripping.
  8. Final Check: Once assembled, gently shake the cart to ensure all connections are secure and stable.

5. Operating Instructions

  • Loading the Cart: Place items evenly on the shelves, ensuring not to exceed the maximum weight capacity per shelf. Heavier items should ideally be placed on lower shelves for better stability.
  • Moving the Cart: Use the integrated handles to push or pull the cart. The 360-degree swivel wheels allow for easy navigation in any direction.
  • Locking Wheels: If your cart has wheels with brakes, press down on the brake levers to lock the cart in place when stationary. Lift the levers to unlock.
  • Applications: This cart is suitable for serving food and drinks, transporting cleaning supplies, organizing tools, or general storage in various environments.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Cart is Wobbly:
    • Ensure all support poles are fully inserted and locked into the shelves.
    • Check that all assembly hardware is tightened.
    • Verify the cart is on a flat, even surface.
  • Wheels Not Rolling Smoothly:
    • Check for debris (hair, lint) caught in the wheel axles and remove it.
    • Ensure the wheels are properly installed and not damaged.
    • Apply a small amount of lubricant to the wheel axles if necessary.
  • Shelf Appears Uneven:
    • Re-check the installation of the support poles to ensure they are all at the correct height and fully seated.
    • Ensure the shelf itself is not damaged or warped.
