2. Setup Guide

2.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, please charge the phone for 3-5 hours. Use the provided Type-C cable and a charger that supports 5V1A output. This ensures the battery is fully conditioned for optimal performance.

2.2 SIM Card and TF Memory Card Installation

The SERVO S26 supports dual SIM cards (2x Nano SIM) or one Nano SIM card and one TF (Micro SD) memory card. A card removal pin is included in the package for accessing the card tray.

1. Locate the SIM/TF card tray on the side of the phone.
2. Insert the card removal pin into the small hole next to the tray and gently push until the tray ejects.
3. Place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or TF memory card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure they are correctly oriented.
4. Carefully reinsert the tray into the phone until it clicks into place.

Note: This product does not contain a SIM card. Please purchase one locally.

2.3 First Boot and Facial Recognition Setup

Upon first powering on your device, you will be guided through the initial setup process, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, and Google account setup. You can also set up facial recognition for convenient unlocking.

1. Press and hold the power button until the SERVO logo appears.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup.
3. During setup, or later in 'Settings', navigate to 'Security' to configure Face Recognition.
4. When prompted, aim your face at the circle on the screen to register your facial data.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Basic Navigation

The SERVO S26 features a 3.0-inch HD touchscreen. Navigate the interface by tapping, swiping, and pinching. The Android 9.0 operating system provides a pure and intuitive user experience.

3.2 Making Calls and Sending Messages

• Calls: Tap the 'Phone' icon, enter the number using the dial pad, and tap the call button.
• Messages: Tap the 'Messages' icon, start a new conversation, enter the recipient's number or select from contacts, and type your message.

3.3 Camera Usage

The phone is equipped with a 2MP rear camera and a 0.3MP front camera for capturing photos and videos.

1. Tap the 'Camera' icon to open the camera application.
2. Switch between front and rear cameras as needed.
3. Tap the shutter button to take a photo or start/stop video recording.

3.4 Connectivity (Wi-Fi & Bluetooth)

• Wi-Fi: Go to 'Settings' > 'Network & Internet' > 'Wi-Fi'. Turn Wi-Fi on, select your desired network, and enter the password if required. The phone also supports Wi-Fi Hotspot functionality.

4.2 Battery Care

• Use only the specified charger (5V1A) and Type-C cable.
• Avoid overcharging or completely draining the battery frequently.
• If the phone will not be used for an extended period, charge it to about 50% before storing.

5.1 Phone Not Turning On After Charging

If the mobile phone has not been used for a long time, the battery power may have been completely depleted. In this case, you need to charge the mobile phone for 3-5 hours first. Ensure you are using the charging cable configured with this product and a charger that supports 5V1A output.
