7. Troubleshooting

This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your device.

7.1. The device cannot be turned on.

  1. Check that the wiring connections are correct and connect the power supply to the positive and negative terminals of the motorcycle's battery according to the connections indicated in the installation section.
  2. Measure the line voltage and check for power in the wiring line.

7.2. The front or rear camera does not display.

The camera needs to be checked. If the front camera does not display, you can use the rear lens to connect. If it can display the image, it means the front lens is damaged. Please contact support for a new camera.

7.3. Both the front and rear cameras are not displayed.

Check that the camera cables are connected properly and that the DVR connection cables are properly connected.

7.4. The video is not clear or there is flare in the captured image.

It is recommended to check the lens for dust and dirt and wipe it clean.

7.5. Bluetooth cannot be connected.

  1. Check whether the Bluetooth password is correct when matching the host and cell phone.
  2. Restart the machine's Bluetooth and cell phone's Bluetooth, and click the connect button to connect.

7.6. Bluetooth headset cannot be connected.

  1. After connecting to Android AUTO or Carplay, you should disconnect Bluetooth from the machine and connect the Bluetooth headset at the cell phone.
  2. Use the cell phone alone to connect with the helmet Bluetooth headset. If you can't connect, this indicates a helmet Bluetooth headset malfunction; please replace the headset.

7.7. The machine prompts that it cannot record video or playback video in TF.

Please check if the TF-SD card is damaged. If so, please replace the TF-SD card.

7.8. If the screen display or recorded video is subject to electromagnetic interference from streaks.

  1. Please check the wiring and binding of the camera for problems.
  2. Wiring and bundling should be smooth, without folding wires, and with some margin. Bundling should not be too tight or vehicle housing should not be squeezed too.

8. User Tips

  • Power Connection: Ensure the motorcycle's power supply is 12V when connecting the screen. Tighten all cables securely; loose connections may cause failure to start or repeated reboots.
  • First-Time Bluetooth Pairing: Turn on the motorcycle screen first, then power on your helmet headset. If the device is not detected or fails to connect: delete all paired devices from the screen’s Bluetooth list, then press the reset button on your helmet headset and retry pairing.
  • CarPlay/Android Auto Connection: Always check the pairing code displayed on the screen before connecting. The screen will be locked during pairing—enter the correct code to proceed. The default pairing code is usually "0000".
  • TF Card Usage: For optimal performance, use major brand TF cards (e.g., Samsung, Kingston, Sandisk) with a Class 10 speed rating to ensure proper operation and reliable video recording/playback.
