Transmitter & Receiver

  • Power Button (ON/OFF): Long press to turn the unit on or off. Upon subsequent startups, the unit will automatically connect if previously paired.
  • Pairing Button (PAIR):
    • Transmitter:
      • Long press: Enters pairing mode (LED flashes rapidly).
      • Short press (in pairing mode): Exits pairing mode (LED returns to long on state).
      • Short press (when connected): Switches to the next clean frequency point. The LED color changes cyclically through 6 colors.
      • Note: If not connected, short pressing the pairing button on the transmitter also switches frequency points and LED color.
    • Receiver:
      • Long press: Enters pairing mode (LED flashes rapidly).
      • Short press (in pairing mode): Exits pairing mode (LED switches to slow flashing).
      • Note: After successful connection, short pressing the receiver's pairing button has no effect. The receiver's LED color matches the transmitter's LED color.

Charging Case

  • Power Button (ON/OFF): Short press to turn on. Double press to turn off.
  • OUTPUT Power Interface: Provides power to other devices (e.g., guitar pedals).
  • INPUT Power Interface: Used to charge the charging case itself.

4. Setup

Initial Pairing

  1. Ensure both the transmitter and receiver are sufficiently charged.
  2. Long press the Power button on both the transmitter and receiver to turn them on.
  3. If they do not automatically connect (LEDs flashing rapidly), long press the PAIR button on both units to enter pairing mode. The LEDs will flash rapidly.
  4. Once successfully paired, the receiver's LED will change from flashing to constantly on. The transmitter's LED will continue to flash rapidly, indicating it's ready to connect to additional receivers if desired.
  5. For subsequent uses, the units should automatically connect if they were successfully paired previously.

Connecting to Instruments & Amplifiers

  1. Plug the transmitter into the output jack of your musical instrument (e.g., guitar, bass, keyboard).
  2. Plug the receiver into the input jack of your amplifier, audio mixer, or other audio device.
  3. Ensure both units are powered on and successfully paired.

The SWS11 system is widely compatible with various musical instruments including Violin, Audio Mixers, Electronic Drums, Keyboards, Guitars, and Basses. It also supports 6.35mm to 3.5mm audio plugs for diverse application scenarios.

5. Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

  • Transmitter/Receiver: Long press the Power button to turn on or off.
  • Charging Case: Short press the Power button to turn on. Double press to turn off.

Frequency Switching

To avoid interference, you can manually select an interference-free frequency point:

  • Short-press the PAIR button on the transmitter (when connected to a receiver) to cycle through 6 different frequency points. The LED color will change to indicate the selected frequency.
  • If the transmitter and receiver are not connected, short pressing the transmitter's pairing button will also switch frequency points.

Multiple Operation Modes

The SWS11 system supports flexible configurations:

  • One-to-One: A single transmitter can be paired with one receiver for standard instrument-to-amp connection.
  • One-to-Many: One transmitter can simultaneously match with up to 32 receivers. This is useful for broadcasting a single instrument's signal to multiple amplifiers or monitoring systems.
  • Multiple Transceiver Sets: Up to 6 independent transceiver sets (each consisting of one transmitter and one receiver) can operate simultaneously in the same environment without interference, provided their channels are properly switched.

6. Charging

The SWS11 system comes with a portable charging case that not only charges the transmitter and receiver but can also power other effect units.

  • Charging the Case: Connect the provided USB charging cable to the INPUT interface of the charging case and a 5V 1A USB power adapter (recommended).
  • Charging Transmitter/Receiver: Place the transmitter and receiver into their respective slots in the charging case. The case will automatically charge them.
  • Powering External Devices: The charging case's OUTPUT interface (5V/500mA) can supply power to other effect units (e.g., guitar pedals) using a suitable cable.
  • Battery Life: A fully charged charging case (2000mAh) can recharge the transmitter and receiver twice. With each transceiver offering approximately 10 hours of single-charge battery life, the total usage time can extend up to 30 hours, suitable for all-day high-frequency use.

7. Maintenance

  • Keep the device dry. Avoid using or storing it in humid environments.
  • Clean the units with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Store the system in its charging case when not in use to protect it from dust and physical damage.
  • Avoid extreme temperatures.

8. Troubleshooting

  • No Sound/Intermittent Audio:
    • Ensure both transmitter and receiver are powered on and successfully paired (LEDs indicate connection).
    • Check battery levels of both units and the charging case.
    • Verify that the transmitter is securely plugged into the instrument and the receiver into the amplifier/audio input.
    • Short-press the PAIR button on the transmitter to switch to a different frequency point to avoid interference.
    • Ensure you are within the effective transmission range (up to 30 meters outdoors).
  • Interference/Poor Signal Quality:
    • Switch frequency channels on the transmitter.
    • Move away from other 5.8GHz wireless devices or strong electromagnetic fields.
    • Reduce the distance between the transmitter and receiver.
  • Abnormal Operation in One-to-Many Mode:
    • If experiencing disconnection, lag, poor sound quality, or short distance, avoid connecting too many receivers to a single transmitter. The system supports up to 32 receivers, but performance may vary based on environmental factors.
  • Charging Issues:
    • Ensure the USB charging cable is properly connected to the charging case's INPUT port and a working 5V 1A power source.
    • Verify the transmitter/receiver are correctly seated in the charging case slots.
    • Check the charging case's power button is turned on (short press).
