  • Make sure your phone is close to the bulb and connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network during setup.
  • Confirm the Smart Life app is updated to the latest version.
RGB colors not working:
The RGB color function specifically requires a Zigbee gateway. Ensure your bulb is properly paired with a compatible Zigbee gateway.
Voice commands not recognized:
Check if your voice assistant device (Alexa, Google Home) is online and properly linked to your Smart Life account. Ensure the bulb is named clearly in the app and voice assistant settings.
