3.3 Speaker Connections
Connect your speakers to the designated speaker output terminals on the board. Ensure correct positive (+) and negative (-) connections for each speaker.
3.4 Versions of the Board
The XY-301W is available in different versions, including an integrated potentiometer version, an external potentiometer version, and an integrated panel version. The accessories for self-assembly are included.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Basic Operation
Once powered on, the blue indicator light will flash rapidly, indicating it's ready for connection. Use the volume knob to adjust the audio output level.
4.2 Bluetooth Connection
- Ensure the amplifier board is powered on and not in TWS pairing mode.
- On your mobile device, go to Bluetooth settings.
- Search for available devices and select "XinYi" to connect.
- Once connected, you can play music from your device.

4.3 AUX/USB Playback
- AUX: Connect your audio source to the AUX-IN port using a 3.5mm audio cable.
- USB Drive: Insert a USB flash drive containing compatible audio files into the USB port. The board will automatically detect and play the audio.
4.4 TWS True Wireless Stereo Pairing
To achieve stereo sound, you can pair two XY-301W amplifier boards:
- Power On: Power on both amplifier boards. The blue indicator light on both boards will flash rapidly. (Do not pair with mobile Bluetooth, connect AUX, or insert a USB drive at this stage).
- Initiate Pairing: On one of the amplifier boards, press the volume knob four times consecutively. The TWS red indicator light on this board will start flashing rapidly. The other board's blue indicator light will continue to flash rapidly.
- Confirm Pairing: Wait for the TWS red indicator light on the first board (Master unit) to change from rapid flashing to steady illumination. Simultaneously, the blue indicator light on the second board will turn off, and its red indicator light will begin slow flashing (Slave unit). This sequence confirms successful TWS pairing. If the red indicator light turns off, pairing has failed; repeat the 4-tap volume knob procedure to reconnect.
- Connect to Source: After successful TWS pairing, enable your phone's Bluetooth, search for "XinYi," and connect. Your phone will now play music through the paired stereo system. Alternatively, you can insert an AUX cable or USB drive into the Master unit to play music.

4.5 Canceling TWS Pairing
During the TWS pairing connection process, press the volume knob of any amplifier board four times consecutively to exit the TWS pairing mode.
4.6 SiniLink APP Control
You can use the SiniLink APP to change the Bluetooth name and set a pairing password for your amplifier board. After making changes, click the "Set" button within the app to complete the process.

6. Maintenance
- Keep the amplifier board clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
- Avoid exposing the device to moisture, extreme temperatures, or direct sunlight.
- Ensure proper ventilation to prevent overheating, especially during prolonged use.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the board, as this may void any potential warranty and cause damage.
7. Troubleshooting
- No Sound:
- Check power supply connection and ensure the board is powered on.
- Verify speaker connections are secure and correctly polarized.
- Ensure the volume is turned up on both the amplifier and the audio source.
- If using Bluetooth, ensure it's properly paired and not connected to another device.
- If using AUX/USB, ensure the cable/drive is properly inserted and functional.
- TWS Pairing Issues:
- Ensure both boards are powered on and their blue indicator lights are flashing rapidly before initiating pairing.
- Follow the 4-tap volume knob procedure precisely on one board.
- If pairing fails (red indicator turns off), repeat the 4-tap procedure.
- Remember to establish TWS connection *before* pairing your phone's Bluetooth.
- Poor Sound Quality:
- Check audio source quality and file format (ensure it's lossless if high fidelity is expected).
- Ensure speaker impedance matches the amplifier's output capabilities.
- Reduce volume if distortion occurs.
- Check for interference from other electronic devices.
8. User Tips
- Power Supply: Always use a stable DC 9-24V power supply with at least 3A current to ensure optimal performance and prevent damage.
- Speaker Matching: For the best audio experience, match your speakers' impedance and power handling to the amplifier's output specifications.
- TWS First: When using the TWS function, always establish the TWS connection between the two amplifier boards first, and then connect your phone via Bluetooth. This ensures proper stereo synchronization.
- App Customization: Utilize the SiniLink APP to personalize your Bluetooth device name and set a password for enhanced security and ease of identification.
