The Bosgame P4 Plus is a high-performance mini PC designed for productivity, office work, and light gaming. 2. Setup Guide
2.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure the following items are present:
- Bosgame P4 Plus Mini PC
- Power Adapter
- User Manual (this document)
- (Optional: VESA mount, HDMI cable, etc. - check your specific package contents)
2.2 Connecting Peripherals
Connect your monitor(s), keyboard, mouse, and other peripherals to the appropriate ports on the mini PC.

- Display: Connect your monitor(s) using the HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort, or USB-C ports. The mini PC supports up to three displays simultaneously.
- Keyboard & Mouse: Connect your USB keyboard and mouse to the available USB-A ports.
- Audio: Connect headphones or speakers to the 3.5mm audio jack on the front panel.
- Power: Connect the power adapter to the DC-in port on the rear panel, then plug it into a power outlet.
2.3 Network Connection
- Wired Connection: Connect an Ethernet cable to one of the two 2.5Gbps RJ45 LAN ports on the rear panel.
- Wireless Connection (Wi-Fi): The mini PC comes with built-in Wi-Fi 6E. Once powered on, you can configure the Wi-Fi connection through the operating system settings.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Press the power button located on the front panel. The power indicator light will illuminate.
- Power Off: To safely shut down the system, use the operating system's shutdown function. Alternatively, you can press and hold the power button for a few seconds to force a shutdown (not recommended for regular use).
3.2 Triple Display Setup
The Bosgame P4 Plus supports connecting up to three displays simultaneously for an extended desktop experience. Use a combination of the HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort, and USB-C (DisplayPort Alt Mode compatible) ports. After connecting the monitors, configure the display settings within your operating system (e.g., Windows Display Settings) to extend or duplicate your desktop.

3.3 Wireless Connectivity
- Wi-Fi 6E: Access network settings in your operating system to connect to available Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) networks. This supports 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz bands for high-speed wireless internet.
- Bluetooth 5.2: Enable Bluetooth in your operating system settings to pair with Bluetooth-enabled devices such as headphones, speakers, keyboards, and mice.
3.4 Dual 2.5Gbps LAN
Utilize the two 2.5Gbps Ethernet ports for high-speed wired network connections. This is ideal for demanding applications like large file transfers, 4K streaming, or online gaming where low latency and high bandwidth are crucial.
4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning
To ensure optimal performance and longevity, regularly clean the exterior of the mini PC with a soft, dry cloth. Use compressed air to gently clear dust from the ventilation grilles to maintain proper airflow and prevent overheating.
4.2 Storage Expansion
The Bosgame P4 Plus supports storage expansion. It comes with an M.2 NVME PCIe 4.0 SSD and includes an additional M.2 NVME PCIe 3.0 x4 2280 SSD slot for further storage upgrades. Refer to the product structure diagram for component location.

5. Troubleshooting
- No Power:
- Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the mini PC and a working power outlet.
- Verify the power outlet is functional by plugging in another device.
- No Display:
- Check that the monitor is powered on and the correct input source is selected.
- Ensure display cables (HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C) are securely connected to both the mini PC and the monitor.
- Try connecting to a different display port or monitor if available.
- No Network Connection (Wired):
- Verify the Ethernet cable is properly connected to both the mini PC and your router/modem.
- Check your router/modem for internet connectivity.
- Ensure network drivers are installed and up to date.
- No Network Connection (Wi-Fi):
- Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled in your operating system settings.
- Check that you are connected to the correct Wi-Fi network and have entered the password correctly.
- Move the mini PC closer to the Wi-Fi router or eliminate obstructions.
- Slow Performance:
- Close unnecessary applications running in the background.
- Ensure your operating system and drivers are up to date.
- Check for sufficient free storage space on your SSD.
- Monitor CPU and RAM usage to identify resource-intensive processes.
