5. Maintenance
5.1. General Care
- Keep the screen clean using a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Do not expose the unit to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
- Ensure all cables are securely connected to prevent intermittent issues.
5.2. Cooling Fan Management
The cooling fan helps maintain optimal operating temperature. The fan can be set to turn on automatically when the CPU temperature exceeds 70°C and turn off when it drops below 70°C. You can also manually control the fan switch via the dedicated app.

Important: When the machine runs at high speed, the ambient temperature inside the casing will rise. The PCB board is designed to withstand up to +85°C. Exceeding this temperature can cause damage. Ensure the cooling fan is operational, especially in hot environments.
6. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter. For problems not listed here, please contact customer support.
- Q: Why can't the car radio turn on?
- Check the voltage: The car radio requires 12V.
- Verify power connections: Ensure the red (ACC) and yellow (12V) wires are connected to the positive side of the 12V power supply, and the black wire (GND) to the negative.
- Check the fuse: Replace with the same type of fuse if blown.
- Use provided power cables: Do not directly insert the original car plug into our machine.
- If the radio still doesn't turn on, ensure ACC (G3) and 12V (G2) are connected to the positive 12V, and G1 to negative. If the power cord doesn't match, you may need to connect these 3 power cords directly to the car's power without the radio.
- Check internal connections: A connecting wire might have come loose during transportation. Open the back cover to check and reconnect.
- If all else fails, record a video showing power cord connection and 12V test with a multimeter, then contact support.
- Q: Why does the car radio show "No Signal" when reversing?
- Ensure the camera's line is properly connected to the "CAMIN" port of the car radio.
- Q: Why does the camera display "!" and "Can't watch video while driving" when using USB to watch videos?
- Turn off the "Video Warning" function in the settings.
- Q: Why can't I search FM radio stations?
- Ensure the radio antenna is inserted and well-contacted. Try re-inserting it several times.
- Check your location's signal strength. Move to an area with better reception.
- Verify if the car's radio antenna is functional. Replace if broken or ineffective.
- Q: Why can't I connect to the car radio's Bluetooth?
- On your phone, open Bluetooth settings, search for the player's Bluetooth model, and pair. Use pairing code 0000, 1234, or 123456 if prompted.
- Try pairing with another mobile phone.
- Ensure the Bluetooth receiving antenna is properly connected.
- If issues persist, unplug the power plug from the back of the player, wait 3 minutes, and plug it back in.
- Q: Bluetooth or WiFi signal is weak.
- Check and reconnect the Yellow rear Camera input connector. There are two short cables which are extensions for the Bluetooth and WiFi antennas. Extend them to enhance the signal.
- Q: The navigation map does not work.
- Check if GPS has a signal by clicking GPS signal detection. If there is a signal, reinstall the map or use a mobile WiFi hotspot.
- If there is no GPS signal, test the GPS interface voltage (should be 3.3V). Replace the GPS antenna if necessary.
- Q: The screen display is abnormal.
- Click the one-key recovery button.
- If not resolved, remove the back cover, check if the screen cable is loose, and reconnect it.
- Q: Abnormal sound.
- Check if the original car cable has been modified. If so, inspect and reconnect the speaker cables.
- Q: Radio setting interface password.
- For K3/T10/T3L/T3L plus models, try: 123456, 8888, 7890, 000000.
- For the programmer interface, the password is 7890 followed by the current hour (e.g., 789011 for 11 o'clock).
