6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your ThundeaL TD95 Max projector, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • No Power: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the projector and a working power outlet.
  • No Image: Check that the input source is correctly selected and that the connected device is powered on and sending a signal. Verify all cables (e.g., HD cable) are properly connected.
  • Blurred Image: Allow the auto-focus feature to complete its adjustment. If still blurry, ensure the projector is placed within the recommended projection distance.
  • Distorted Image: The auto-keystone correction should automatically adjust the image. If manual adjustment is needed, check the 'Projector' settings for keystone options.
  • No Sound: Ensure the volume is turned up on both the projector and the connected source device. If using external speakers, verify their connection and power.
  • WiFi/Bluetooth Connection Issues: Ensure the projector is within range of your WiFi network or Bluetooth device. Restart the projector and your network equipment if necessary.
  • App Issues: If an app is not working correctly, try restarting the app or reinstalling it from the Play Store. Ensure the projector's software is up to date.
