3. Product Overview

The ACCEO B54 Series Dashcam is a compact and discreet device designed for easy installation in any vehicle. It features a high-resolution camera, advanced recording functions, and smart connectivity options.

3.1 Key Features

4. Installation

The ACCEO B54 Series Dashcam is designed for concealed installation, ensuring an unobstructed line of sight.

4.1 Mounting the Dashcam

1. Clean the area on your windshield where you intend to mount the dashcam. Ensure it is dry and free of dust.
2. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive pad on the dashcam mount.
3. Firmly press the dashcam mount onto the chosen spot on your windshield, ideally behind the rearview mirror for optimal view and minimal obstruction.
4. Ensure the camera lens has a clear view of the road ahead.

4.2 Connecting Power

1. Connect the provided power charger to the dashcam's power input port.
2. Plug the other end of the power charger into your car's cigarette lighter socket.
3. Route the power cable neatly along the windshield edge and dashboard to avoid obstructing your view or interfering with driving controls.

4.3 Optional GPS Module Installation (for B54P models)

If your model includes a GPS module:

1. Connect the GPS module to the designated port on the dashcam.
2. Mount the GPS module in a location with a clear view of the sky, typically near the dashcam on the windshield.
3. When connecting the GPS module for the first time, allow some time for it to acquire a satellite signal. The GPS icon on the screen will change from red to green once positioning is successful.

4.4 Hardwire Kit for 24H Parking Monitoring (Optional)

For 24-hour parking monitoring, an optional hardwire kit is required. This kit connects directly to your car's fuse box to provide continuous power. Ensure your car has a 12V power supply; a 24V supply will damage the motherboard. If using a 24V system, a 24V to 12V converter is necessary.

5. Operation

5.1 Powering On/Off

The dashcam will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle's ignition is turned on. It will power off automatically when the ignition is turned off.

5.2 Loop Recording

The dashcam continuously records video in short segments. When the memory card is full, the oldest unlocked video segments will be overwritten by new recordings. Emergency recordings triggered by the G-Sensor or Parking Monitor are protected from being overwritten.

5.3 G-Sensor

The built-in G-Sensor detects sudden impacts or emergency braking. When triggered, it automatically locks the current video segment to prevent it from being overwritten, ensuring critical event footage is preserved.

5.4 Parking Monitor

With the optional hardwire kit installed, the Parking Monitor feature allows the dashcam to record if an impact is detected while your vehicle is parked. The system will automatically cut off power if the car battery voltage drops below 11.6V to ensure the car can start normally.
