4. Safety Information and Warnings
Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in property damage, serious injury, or death.
- Battery Level: Always ensure the jump starter's electric quantity indicator light is above 75% before attempting to jump start a vehicle.
- Correct Connection: Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) battery terminal and the black clamp to the negative (-) battery terminal. Incorrect connection (reverse polarity) can cause severe damage to the device and vehicle, and may lead to safety accidents.
- Avoid Short Circuits: Do not allow the red and black clamps to touch each other or any other metal objects when connected to the jump starter.
- Starting Attempts: Do NOT attempt more than 5 consecutive starts. If the vehicle fails to ignite after several attempts, wait at least 30 seconds between attempts to prevent overheating. If the car still doesn't start, there might be other issues with the vehicle that require professional inspection.
- Timely Removal: Remove the jump starter unit from the car battery within 30 seconds after the car starts. Leaving it connected for too long may cause safety hazards.
- No Disassembly: Do not disassemble or modify the jump starter unit yourself. Unauthorized disassembly will void the warranty and may cause safety accidents.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

5. Troubleshooting
- Vehicle Does Not Start:
- Check the jump starter's battery level; ensure it's above 75%.
- Verify that the battery clips are securely connected to the correct terminals (red to positive, black to negative).
- Inspect the battery clips and terminals for rust or dirt. Clean them if necessary to ensure good contact.
- If the car still doesn't start after 5 attempts (with 30-second intervals), the vehicle may have other mechanical or electrical issues requiring professional diagnosis.
- Jump Starter Not Turning On/Charging:
- Ensure the charging cable is properly connected to both the jump starter and the power source.
- Try a different charging cable or power adapter.
