4. Troubleshooting
4.1 Common Post-sales Inquiries

Q: When the screen "flashes" or shows "AUX interface flag", "begin reversing", "No signal", "Camera", "Reversing", "back up", or "no video signal", how to solve it?
A: Please check the connection of the cables. If the problem persists, disconnect the Pink color "back/reversing line" wiring. This can often resolve the issue.
4.2 Power On Issues

Q: When installing the unit, it can't turn on. How to solve it?
A:
- When you install, please connect according to the wiring diagram. If connected wrong, the unit will not turn on.
- Do not use the original car plug directly. The PIN wired area may not be the same. Direct insertion may lead to wiring errors. (Due to the large number of car models on the market, the definition of the original car interface PIN is different for each car manufacturer).
