2. Getting Started

Initial Charging:

Before first use, fully charge your ALLPOWERS VOLIX P300. This can be done via:

  • AC Wall Outlet: Connect the provided AC charging cable to the power station and a wall outlet. The unit supports up to 300W fast charging.
  • Solar Panels: Connect compatible solar panels (11–30V input) to the power station's solar input port.
  • Car Socket: Use the car charging cable to charge the unit from your vehicle's 12V/24V socket.

App Connection:

Download the ALLPOWERS app to monitor and control your power station via Bluetooth. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your device.

3. Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off:

  • To power on, press and hold the main power button until the display illuminates.
  • To power off, press and hold the main power button until the display turns off.

Using Output Ports:

The VOLIX P300 features various output ports to power different devices:

  • AC Output (300W Max, 600W Peak): Press the AC button to activate the AC outlet. Connect devices requiring standard wall power (e.g., laptops, mini-fridges).
  • USB-C PD Port (100W Max): Connect USB-C compatible devices for fast charging (e.g., smartphones, tablets, some laptops).
  • USB-A Ports (18W x 2): Connect standard USB devices for charging.
  • Cigarette Lighter Output (12V-10A, 120W Max): Ideal for car appliances like portable air compressors or car refrigerators.

Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Function:

For critical devices, the P300 can act as a UPS. When connected to an AC wall outlet and a device, it will automatically switch to battery power within 20ms during a power outage, protecting your electronics from sudden shutdowns.

Smart App Control:

Use the ALLPOWERS app to:

  • Monitor real-time power input and output.
  • Check current battery level and remaining runtime.
  • Activate quiet mode (100W input) for reduced fan noise.
  • Switch between standard and fast charging modes.

4. Maintenance

Battery Care:

  • The LiFePO4 battery is designed for over 4000 life cycles to 70% capacity.
  • For optimal battery health, avoid completely draining the battery frequently.
  • Store the power station in a cool, dry place, ideally between 20°C-30°C (68°F-86°F).
  • Recharge the unit every 3-6 months if not in use to prevent deep discharge.

Cleaning:

  • Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Ensure all ports are free of dust and debris.

5. Troubleshooting

Unit Not Turning On:

  • Ensure the battery is not completely depleted. Try connecting it to an AC outlet for charging.
  • Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to ensure it's not a brief press.

Devices Not Charging/Powering:

  • Check if the power station is turned on and the specific output port (AC, USB-C, USB-A, Carport) is activated.
  • Verify that the device you are trying to power is within the power station's output limits (e.g., AC output max 300W).
  • Ensure cables are securely connected to both the power station and your device.

Slow Charging or Not Charging:
