1. Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your FDIK 5KW Air Diesel Parking Heater. Designed for a wide range of vehicles including cars, buses, trucks, boats, and RVs, this heater features an aluminum shell, fast heating, energy saving capabilities, and Bluetooth APP control for convenient use. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and operation.
2. Safety Information and Precautions
- It is forbidden to use diesel heaters in environments with high humidity, conductive dust, flammable and explosive gases, dust, corrosive media, strong light, strong magnetism, high voltage, or high current.
- Power supply voltage range: Applicable to DC24V controller; DC12V controller. It is forbidden to exceed the applicable voltage range.
- The equipment must be installed strictly in accordance with the requirements and must be used under safe conditions.
- The exhaust pipe of the heater contains toxic gases such as carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. Please ensure that the exhaust gas can be discharged to the outside or outside the car smoothly through the exhaust pipe during installation to avoid poisoning by toxic gases.
- When using the heater for heating, ensure that each air duct is unobstructed, and there is no bend, pressure, or blockage in the pipeline to effectively ensure heating efficiency and normal operation. Channel blockage will cause the body temperature to rise, reduce heating efficiency, shorten the life of the equipment, or damage the equipment.
- Please use diesel as the fuel for the heater.
- If the controller or external components are damaged, components of the same model and parameters must be selected and replaced by professionals.
- When the heater is hot and the fan cannot work normally, it is necessary to quickly cool the fuselage. Blow cold air into the combustion air intake to cool the fuselage to below 80°C to prevent high temperature damage to components or fire.

5. Setup and Installation
Proper installation is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of your heater. It is recommended to have the installation performed by a qualified professional.
5.1 Recommended Installation Locations
Consider the following locations for installation to ensure optimal performance and safety:

- Under the feet of the co-pilot
- At the trunk of the car
5.2 Exhaust and Air Duct Considerations
- Ensure the exhaust pipe is routed to discharge gases outside the vehicle or cabin smoothly to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning.
- Verify that all air ducts are unobstructed, without bends, pressure points, or blockages, to maintain heating efficiency and prevent overheating of the unit.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Control Panel Overview
The control panel allows you to manage all heater functions. Familiarize yourself with its layout:

- Set key: Used to enter settings menus.
- Knob switch: Rotate to navigate options or adjust values.
- OK key: Confirm selection or setting.
- Clock: Displays current time.
- Timing schedule: Indicates scheduled operation times.
- Display ambient temperature: Shows the current ambient temperature.
- Display system data and parameters: Shows various operational data.
6.2 Power On/Off
- Start Operation: In the power-on standby state, press and hold the "knob switch" for 2 seconds to turn on the device.
- Stop Operation: In the start state, press and hold the "knob switch" button for 2 seconds. The device enters the shut-down cooling process and displays "OFF".
6.3 Operating Modes
- Power Mode: The power mode consists of 6 gears (H1-H6), with H6 representing the maximum power. You can switch gears by rotating the "knob switch".
- Temperature Mode: In temperature mode, you can set your desired temperature by rotating the "knob switch".
6.4 Time and Timing Function
6.4.1 Setting the Heater Clock Time
In the power-on standby state, long press the setting key to enter the function selection interface. Rotate the "knob switch" to switch functions. When the "AC" logo appears on the screen, press the OK key to confirm. The heater enters the time setting mode. Set the heater time according to your local time zone. Rotate the knob switch to select the number position to adjust, then press OK to confirm. When the heater power is cut off, the set time is no longer accurate and needs to be reset after reconnecting power.
6.4.2 Timing Function
In standby mode, long press the setting key to enter the function selection interface. Rotate the "knob switch" to switch functions. When the "5F" logo appears on the screen, press the OK key to confirm, and the heater will enter the timing function mode. Rotate the "knob switch" to select the desired start time (only integers can be selected). Press the OK button to confirm. The corresponding number will flash. When the heater clock time reaches the set start time, the heater will automatically start. Note: When the system is turned on or off manually or the power is turned off, the system will automatically exit the timing state.
