Assembly Instructions

1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully unpack all components from the two packages. Lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Refer to the included parts list to identify each piece and hardware.
2. Assemble the Bed Frame:
   • Attach the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the provided bolts and Allen wrench. Do not fully tighten yet.
   • Ensure the frame is square and stable before tightening all connections.
3. Install the Hydraulic Mechanism:
   • Follow the specific instructions for attaching the hydraulic lifting arms to the bed frame and the slatted base. This step often requires careful alignment and secure fastening.
   • Ensure the mechanism operates smoothly before proceeding.

   

4. Attach the Slatted Base:
   • Secure the slatted base to the hydraulic mechanism and the bed frame. Ensure all slats are evenly spaced and firmly attached.
   • Verify the dust protection fabric is correctly positioned at the bottom of the storage area.
5. Install Reading Lamp and Charging Ports:
   • Integrate the reading lamp and USB/Type-C charging module into the designated area on the headboard, following the specific wiring instructions.
   • Connect the power cable to a suitable power source.

Operation

Using the Hydraulic Storage

To access the under-bed storage, gently lift the mattress frame from the designated pull strap or handle. The hydraulic mechanism will assist in lifting and holding the frame in an open position. To close, gently push the frame down until it locks securely in place. Always ensure the area is clear before lifting or lowering.

Using the Reading Lamp and Charging Ports

The integrated reading lamp can be switched on/off using its dedicated control. The USB and Type-C ports are designed to charge compatible electronic devices. Simply plug your device's charging cable into the appropriate port. Ensure the daybed is connected to a power source for these features to function.

Maintenance and Care

• Cleaning: For the velvet upholstery, gently vacuum with a soft brush attachment to remove dust. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild upholstery cleaner according to its instructions, testing on an inconspicuous area first.
