5. Troubleshooting
- No Sound/Cannot Transmit:
- Ensure all devices (radio, adapter, earpiece, finger PTT) are powered on and fully charged.
- Verify the 2-pin adapter is securely plugged into the radio.
- Check that the earpiece and finger PTT are successfully paired with the adapter (indicator lights should confirm connection).
- Confirm the radio's volume is turned up.
- Ensure the earpiece volume is adjusted using its +/- buttons.
- Cannot Pair Devices:
- Make sure all devices are within the effective range (3-5 meters).
- Turn off and restart all devices, then attempt pairing again.
- Ensure no other Bluetooth devices are interfering with the connection.
- Earpiece Not Connecting to Phone:
- Ensure the 2-pin adapter is turned off or disconnected from the radio. The earpiece cannot connect to both a radio and a phone simultaneously.

7. User Tips
- Optimal Pairing: For best results, ensure the earpiece, adapter, and finger PTT are all fully charged and within close proximity (e.g., within 1 meter) during the initial pairing process.
- Single Device Connection: Remember that the earpiece can connect to either your two-way radio (via the adapter) or your mobile phone, but not both at the same time. If you wish to switch from radio communication to phone calls, you must disconnect from the radio adapter first.
- Versatile PTT Placement: Experiment with different placements for the finger PTT (finger, steering wheel, handlebar) to find what is most comfortable and convenient for your specific activity.
- Clear Communication: The bidirectional noise reduction is effective, but for critical communications, try to minimize background noise where possible.
- Portability: The compact size makes it ideal for outdoor activities, inspections, and delivery services where hands-free operation is crucial.
