Setup and Connection

Charging the Controller

Before first use, fully charge the controller using the provided USB-C cable. Connect the USB-C end to the controller and the USB-A end to a power source (e.g., Nintendo Switch dock, PC, USB wall adapter).

• Charging Time: Approximately 2-3 hours.
• Battery Capacity: 800mAh, providing 8-16 hours of playtime.

Connecting to Nintendo Switch/Switch Lite/OLED

1. From the HOME Menu, select "Controllers" > "Change Grip/Order".
2. Press and hold the SYNC Button on the top of the ECHTPower controller for a few seconds until the LED indicators start flashing.
3. Once connected, the player LED(s) on the controller will light up solid.
4. One-Tap Wake-Up: Press the Home button on the controller to instantly wake your Switch from sleep mode.

Connecting to iOS/Android Devices

1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your iOS or Android device.
2. On the ECHTPower controller, press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button (refer to controller layout for exact button, usually a small button near the charging port or a combination of buttons).
3. On your device, search for new Bluetooth devices and select "ECHTPower Controller" (or similar name) from the list.
4. Once paired, the controller's LED indicators will show a solid light.

Connecting to PC (Windows)

The controller can be connected to a PC via Bluetooth or wired USB-C.

Bluetooth Connection:

1. On your PC, go to "Settings" > "Devices" > "Bluetooth & other devices" and ensure Bluetooth is ON.
2. Select "Add Bluetooth or other device" > "Bluetooth".
3. Press and hold the SYNC Button on the ECHTPower controller until the LED indicators start flashing.
4. Select "ECHTPower Controller" (or similar name) from the list of available devices on your PC.
5. Follow any on-screen prompts to complete pairing.

Wired USB-C Connection:

1. Connect the USB-C cable to the controller and the other end to a USB port on your PC.
2. The PC should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. The controller will be ready for use once the drivers are installed.

Operating Instructions

Button Layout

The controller features standard gaming buttons, including A/B/X/Y, D-pad, L/R, ZL/ZR, Home, Capture, Plus (+), Minus (-), and two programmable back buttons (M1/M2).

Hall Effect Joysticks

The controller is equipped with Hall Effect joysticks, which use electromagnetic sensors for precise and drift-free input. This technology ensures enhanced durability and accuracy, especially beneficial for FPS and competitive games.

Adjusting RGB Lighting

The controller features customizable 9-color RGB lighting. You can cycle through various dynamic effects and colors to personalize your gaming experience.

Programmable Macro Function (M1/M2 Buttons)

The M1 and M2 buttons on the back of the controller can be programmed to execute complex button combinations or sequences with a single press.

1. Entering Programming Mode: Press and hold the "Program" button (usually a small button near M1/M2, refer to controller diagram) until an indicator light flashes.
2. Recording Macro: Press the M1 or M2 button you wish to program, then input the desired sequence of buttons (e.g., A, B, X, Y, L, R, ZL, ZR, D-pad directions).
3. Exiting Programming Mode: Press the "Program" button again to save the macro. The indicator light will stop flashing.
4. To clear a macro, repeat the programming steps but do not input any buttons after selecting M1/M2, then exit programming mode.

Turbo Function

The Turbo function allows for rapid, repeated presses of a button, reducing fatigue during gameplay. It has 3 adjustable speed settings.

1. Activating Turbo: Press and hold the desired button (e.g., A) and then press the Turbo button (refer to controller diagram). The button will now rapidly repeat when held.
2. Adjusting Turbo Speed: While a button is in Turbo mode, press the Turbo button and move the right joystick up or down to cycle through the 3 speed settings (5/12/25 presses/sec).
3. Deactivating Turbo: Press and hold the Turbo button and then press the button for which Turbo was activated.

Adjustable Vibration

The controller features dual motors with 4 adjustable vibration intensity levels (Strong, Medium, Weak, Off) for immersive feedback.

1. To adjust vibration intensity, press the Vibration button (refer to controller diagram) and move the left joystick up or down.
2. Cycle through the levels: 100% (Strong), 70% (Medium), 30% (Weak), 0% (Off).

6-Axis Gyro

The built-in 6-axis gyroscope provides precise motion control, enhancing gameplay in titles that utilize tilt and motion sensing.

Maintenance and Care

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the controller. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Troubleshooting

Controller does not connect/pair:

• Ensure the controller is sufficiently charged.
• Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your device (Switch, iOS, Android, PC).
• Make sure the controller is in pairing mode (LEDs flashing).
• Try restarting both the controller and the device you are trying to connect to.
• If connecting to Switch, ensure "Pro Controller Wired Communication" is enabled in Switch settings if using wired mode.
• For PC, try connecting via USB-C cable to rule out Bluetooth issues.

Joystick drift or inaccurate input:

• The controller features Hall Effect joysticks designed to prevent drift. If you experience issues, try recalibrating the joysticks through your console/device settings.

Buttons are unresponsive:

• Check if the controller is properly connected.
• Ensure the battery is not critically low.

Vibration not working:

• Check the vibration intensity settings on the controller (ensure it's not set to 0%).
• Verify that the game you are playing supports vibration feedback.
