3. Components Overview
The M-VAVE SWS11 system consists of a Transmitter, a Receiver, and a Charging Case. Each component has specific functions and indicators.

Transmitter & Receiver:
- (1) Power Button (ON/OFF): Long press to turn the unit on or off.
- (2) Pairing Button (PAIR): Used for pairing and frequency switching.
- LED Indicator: Displays power status, pairing status, and selected frequency point (changes color).
- 6.35mm Jack: Connects to your instrument (Transmitter) or amplifier/mixer (Receiver).
Charging Case:
- (3) Power Button (ON/OFF): Long press to turn on, double press to turn off.
- (4) OUTPUT Power Interface: USB port to supply power to other devices (5V/500mA).
- (5) INPUT Power Interface: USB Type-C port for charging the charging case (5V/1A recommended).
- Charging Slots: Dedicated slots for the Transmitter and Receiver.
4. Setup Guide
4.1 Initial Charging
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the Charging Case's INPUT (Type-C) port and a 5V/1A USB power adapter (not included).
- Place the Transmitter and Receiver into their respective charging slots in the Charging Case.
- Allow all units to fully charge before first use. The charging case can provide 3-4 full charges to the transceivers, with each transceiver offering approximately 10 hours of single-charge battery life.

4.2 Powering On/Off
- Transmitter/Receiver: Long press the Power Button (1) for approximately 2-3 seconds to turn on or off.
- Charging Case: Long press the Power Button (3) to turn on. Double press to turn off.
4.3 Pairing the Units
The Transmitter and Receiver need to be paired to establish a wireless connection. If they were successfully paired during the last use, they will automatically connect upon powering on.
- Turn on both the Transmitter and Receiver by long-pressing their respective Power Buttons.
- Enter Pairing Mode: Long press the PAIR Button (2) on both the Transmitter and Receiver. Their LED indicators will flash rapidly, indicating they are in pairing mode.
- Connection Confirmation: Once successfully connected, the Receiver's LED will change from rapidly flashing to constantly on. The Transmitter's LED will continue to flash rapidly, indicating it is ready to connect to additional receivers (for one-to-many mode).
- Exit Pairing Mode (if needed): If you wish to exit pairing mode without connecting, short press the PAIR button on the Transmitter. The LED will return to a long on state. For the Receiver, short pressing the PAIR button in pairing mode will cause its LED to switch to slow flashing.
5. Operation
5.1 Connecting to Instruments and Amplifiers
- Plug the Transmitter into the 6.35mm output jack of your musical instrument (e.g., guitar, bass).
- Plug the Receiver into the 6.35mm input jack of your amplifier, mixer, or audio interface.
- Ensure both units are powered on and successfully paired.

5.2 Frequency Switching (Anti-Interference)
The SWS11 system operates on 5.8GHz and offers 6 interference-free frequency points. If you experience interference or signal drops:
- Short press the PAIR Button (2) on the Transmitter. The LED indicator color will change, cycling through the 6 available frequency points. This allows you to manually select a cleaner channel, enhancing anti-interference capability.
- Note: If the Transmitter and Receiver are not connected, short pressing the Transmitter's PAIR button will also cycle through frequency pairs and LED colors.

5.3 Multiple Operation Modes
- One-to-One: A single Transmitter can be paired with one Receiver for a standard wireless connection.
- One-to-Many: A single Transmitter can simultaneously connect with up to 32 Receivers. This is useful for multiple musicians monitoring from a single source or for distributing audio to several amplifiers.
Important Note for One-to-Many Mode:
To prevent abnormal operation such as disconnection, lag, poor sound quality, or reduced transmission distance, it is recommended not to connect too many receivers with one transmitter, especially in environments with high interference.

5.4 Charging Case as Power Bank
The SWS11 charging case can also function as a portable power bank for other 5V effect units or small electronic devices.
- When the OUTPUT interface (4) of the charging case is powering other devices, the device will automatically shut down after the USB power cable is removed.
- The charging case can supply power to other effect units with an output of 5V/500mA.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
- Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the Transmitter, Receiver, and Charging Case.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or chemicals, as these may damage the finish or internal components.
6.2 Storage
- When not in use for extended periods, store the system in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- It is recommended to charge the units and charging case periodically (e.g., every 3 months) to maintain battery health.
6.3 Battery Care
- Avoid completely draining the batteries frequently.
- Always use the recommended 5V/1A charger for the charging case.
- If the battery life significantly decreases, it may indicate the end of the battery's lifespan.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your M-VAVE SWS11 system, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No sound or intermittent sound | Units not powered on Not properly paired Interference from other devices Out of range Low battery | Ensure Transmitter and Receiver are on. Re-pair the units (see Section 4.3). Short press PAIR button on Transmitter to switch frequency. Reduce distance between Tx and Rx (max 30m outdoor). Charge all units fully. |
| Cannot pair units | Not in pairing mode Interference | Ensure both Tx and Rx LEDs are flashing rapidly. Try turning units off and on, then re-attempt pairing. Move away from potential interference sources. |
| Short battery life | Units not fully charged Aging battery | Ensure all units are fully charged before use. If battery life remains significantly short, the battery may need replacement (contact support). |
| Charging case not charging | Incorrect charger Faulty cable/port | Use a 5V/1A USB charger. Try a different USB Type-C cable and power adapter. |

9. User Tips
- Always ensure all units are fully charged before important performances or recording sessions to avoid interruptions.
- When operating in a new environment, it is good practice to perform a quick frequency scan by short-pressing the PAIR button on the transmitter to find the clearest channel and minimize potential interference.
- For optimal signal stability and range, try to maintain a clear line of sight between the transmitter and receiver. Avoid placing large metal objects or other wireless devices directly between them.
- If using the one-to-many mode, test the setup in your specific environment to ensure stable performance with the desired number of receivers.
